I didn't really care before when they were talking about at&t, that's their closest competitor. Sprint clearly does not have the same coverage, there is no reason to attack them. regardless of adds people know verizon is the bigger company. This shows an exrteme lack of character on their part.

i agree, but the problem that was stated in my previous post was that not all stores sell open box phones, and customer care does not have the information for the stores in any given area, it only says that it may be availble, and to contact the store for more info. I know when i worked in the stores, we all kept in contact with each other, this is common knowledge, and a simple yes or no would ...

Tmobile complete is going to be a flexpay account type. the rate plans that it will support are even more plus. you can litteraly go out and buy the blackberry 8520 for 80.00 bucks with no contract, and your first month for free. there will be no restrictions on the calling area, it covers just the same as regular flexpay, and postpaid accounts. this is an amazing deal, now that you can get the phone with unlimited talk, text, ...

lmao! I remember going through all of that when I worked the kiosk circut. People are ridiculous. Unfortunately you can't let it get to you. You have to keep pushing. keep your head up, you'll make it! I'm thinking about going back to kiosk work, it's been 5 years though lol. I bet things have changed a lot. I always hear people complaining about mall kiosks, It must be harder now.

I'm sure your manager would think differently, good luck on the unemployment line when your dum@ss gets fired. Your the reason call centers are flooded with calls complaining about horrible experiences in the store. thanks for fitting your stereo type. you act like people should blindly waste gas driving around. Do your job!! You are in the retail sales industry!!!! If it's to much for you, then seek other work, it obvious sounds like you're a little fragile, maybe ...

your perception of customer service is completely warped, your job isn't just sales. you're customer service. you're the reason sales reps are stereo typed that way. You must have have forgotten what your job title was. I've been working in this industry for 9 years, and the majority of it was spent in stores as a commissioned associate just like you, but I knew I had to do more than just figure out ways to line my pockets. I'm ...

So I've been wanting to get a new phone, and I found some great deals on open box devices on the phone carriers website. It says that the phone may be available in stores in my area. To save on shipping cost, and the 4 day wait I figured I'd call to see if they had the device. What happened next can only be described as ridiculous. I called the store and this is what happened. sales rep: Thank ...

How hard is it to comprehend how a prepaid service works??? You have no contract, you pay for it when you need it!! Why would you call customer service and ask for a payment extension???!!! It's prepaid!!! when we try to explain that you have to add money to continue talking, you try to ask for us to just turn the phone on till your next payday. how could we possibly asses the usage and bill you for a prepaid ...

Today is one of those days when i just don't wanna be here. the sun is shinning, it's warm, and I'm wasting away in this cubicle for peanuts on the dollar. here at tmobile we have the ability to add minutes without charging, but I use digression. if someone calls in making up outlandish stories, or is a real d bag then they're not getting anything from me. if they're cool then they can snag some free minutes. i usually evaluate their rate plan though to determine if they need to move up, and if they do then i set it up for their next cycle. most people are understanding ...

didn't sprint have one of the first camera phones? wasn't that in 2003? who were you sending mms with in 2002? i could absolutely be wrong about this, but i can say for sure that sending pics would have been hard when just a handful of users had a device capable of taking and sending pics. the iphone was far behind for sure, and that's one of the reasons i got rid of it. if it had this feature ...

i think at the end of the day all carriers should take the time to fit the customer with the services that works best where they live and travel in their everyday life. one thing that T-mobile does do well is coverage checks. if you go into a T-mobile corporate store to activate a handset, the rep is required to check your home coverage area before they can activate a phone. i think the biggest problems people have with ...

i think going paperless is a great idea for all customers. you don't need a pc to check your balance. if you're a T-mobile customer dial #225# to get your balance. i can definitely understand that some people like to get a break down of their charges, but if it is absolutely necessary which it hardly never is go to your local library. it not only saves tree's but it save paper and postage costs which seem to keep ...

this is crap in my opinion. people downloading a song and letting it play in public only promotes the artists music. getting the word out causes more people to download the music or buy the album, it's free advertising for the music indusrty. they're making us pay for it. they should be giving out ringtones for free to promote new music. there is no reason to make the consumer pay for that walking bilboard we disply when that phone ...

I'm glad that you asked this question. Most customers have no understanding of how warrenty exchanges work, or if they even qualify. unfortunatly customer service does not go over warrenty policies when customers activate servie. they're hoping that the customers won't have these problems with devices even though we all do. they way it actually works with T-mobile is that you have to exchanged the handset three times within a 90 day period to qualify for a multiple exchange. ...

i agree with the churn, but it's not as heavy as you would think. the average radioshack will only sell between 100 and 150 handsets a month, and this is including all carriers they offer, and prepaid. i use to manage a radioshack, and we were one of the better sales teams in our area. to make the numbers we required to we would have to proactivly offer to every customer, which would annoy them, but in some instances ...

radioshack selling tmobile phones is a good thing. their stores may be small, but there generaly within a 5 minute drive from where people live, and since they are not usually packed like a madhouse like most bigger stores people preffer to go into them, so they are not standing sholder to sholder while trying to shop. i don't know what radioshack you've been in lately, but they usually have most of there products out of the box and ...
