there is... its on new years when they are too drunk to noitice, and QA doesnt grade calls. wondering why at 12.01 am they cant send a txt msg or make a call.. ~~~~ bc the whole world is doin the same thing and you bastards clogged the effin network.

Cux- ( in thick British Accent)Yes this prepaid card i bought is not allowing me to make international calls. Its only allowing me to make domestic calls. Me- Well it could be that maybe we need to add the correct promissions to your T-mobile Acct. cux- I dont have t-mobile. i'm using my house phone and a Sprint Prepaid phone card.. WTF FML

not a stupid cux a STUPID JACKBUT REP.. who upgrades a cux plan from 39.99 to unlimted for 99.99 a 60.00 diff effective for that day when his cycle starts over in 5days? .. so he was charged 125.20 , which he paid right then and there, to change his plan that day.. wasnt told her still needed to pay 63.65 for his regular plan.. his acct was suspneded and the 3 reps who helped him today thought it was ...

i told a cux her price plan was 89.99.. her response was " so how much is that?" so i said again "well its 89.99 b4 taxes." with taxes its 102.45" her again " how much is that.. " um lots of dead air after that.. didnt know what ot say to a retard..

no he is fine.. his feer broke while at he hospital.. they dont know know why he had it in the first pplace.. but gabriel and nephew christian both had fevers too... creepy.

he was sick tuesday, yeaster he had a fever of 102/..... took him to the hospital.. she said that he seemed like he was getting sick ( but didnt say anything to me..) i called off yesterday even though it wasnt my normal work day but a did a shift acommodation and was suppossed to work but hopefully they wont catch it or i wont need a baby sitter.. LOL he is better today though....

some one is taking a call froma guy sayin her kidnapped a lil 8yr old girl from the Hinder/nickelback concert.. WHo calls t-mobiel and tells them that.. a QA person called the cops and are trying to figure out if its true and find the guy..

direct memos copied and pasted~~~~ cux ci bc she was told that her bill was only 39.99 advised that her just her PricePlan alone is 39.99 before taxes, but she still needs to pay her other taxes and fees.. cux says she doesnt want to pay taxes.. that she is only gonna pay 39.99. cux hung up b4 i could advise her that if she only paid 39.99 her phone still wouldn't work after its suspended for non pymt.. cant ...

SORRy, alot of my friends are from the UK.. (i guess i cant listen to customers and type at the same time.. ) I have countless friends from the UK, one of them owns a bar and has served STING, he has pics of when he was there.. lol... the lingo rubs off on you..

I love when ppl call in and try to trouble shoot thier phone while driving. they talk on one phone and play with another in thier hands. they have kids in the car screaming. You can hear them complaining about the wanker that just cut them off. Ppl will not learn until it is too late..
