Try putting the phone as close as possible to the Bluetooth receiver in your car (if you know where that is). If you still have a problem, I would return it - this is something that a phone needs to do well (deal breaker).

Wait until your Tour's trackball gets clogged with gunk - it won't take long. The trackball on this model is NOT accessible from the front by merely popping off a chrome trim ring like you can with the Curve and Pearl. The Tour must be completely disassembled and the trackball assembly is then accessed from behind.
