Ive had a virgin phone for awhile now and have been pretty happy. However i just read that there are going to introduce a new plan for low income customers. It will provide 120 minutes for 10 bucks. Now that sounds like a good deal; however i probably wont qualify as low income. And i do not think it is fair for them to only offer to a certain group of people.
