To Solve this who mess people should just buy music from itunes. Therefore you pay for the song and you own it. Than have the song converted over to a ringtone. Simple as that. Yeah I would make there lives Hell. Its the fact they dont want to help or even care. I am sorry that you are having these problems. Like I said I have worked with cell phones for years and a phone flashed or not wont stop it from cetain rate plans. Cricket sucks pain out. The main reason that they cricket rep wont help you is that they are just focused on sells. Since you account as already been activated they don't want to spend time working on problems.I see this all the time. That is why they will tell you to call customer service or go to a bigger store. You also have to watch out for Cricket retail stores and Authorized Dealers. I have seen Dealers sell some really crappy phones. Saying ...

I also have th E71x and the camera is really great compared to most of the phones I have had before. I would say it is the phone it self.

Skyfire I know that is a internet browser, but is that somthing you can download onto the phone or somthing that comes with. I currently have the E71x and would love to know more about nokia and android phones.
