Yes, I expecially like it when you are helping other customers...more are waiting to be helped...and someone walks up and pushes past them to ask their question cause they think they are more important.

Well if it helps at all, I LOVE Accents from All cultures! There's just something about accents no matter where the person is from that really fascinates me. :)

Yea, some custys think that since it says free...it means 'free'! C: This says 'free'! Can I have one? Me: Sure, all you have to do is sign a 2 yr contract... C: Seriously?!? But it says 'free'! Me: Umm...yea...with contract (Silly customers...tricks are for kids)

I like to think we are - since customers seem to complain that their phone is cursed and wont work, but then ...once placed into our magiciany like hands...it works miraculously. :roll:

We had a smelly tobacco smoking person come to the booth and smear their greasy paws all over the glass cases ... it smelled bad for a LONG time ... made me sad inside -

Yea, I hate when you think you have a potential 5 liner activation, then realize they are asking for 5 G1's with no data, no text, and the smallest rate plan ever...and 'free' no taxes either...just because they are activating 5 lines and think they are special...which their not... Makes me sad.

I think I would go over and sit next to them and stare off into the distance...and get paid for it. Sounds Like a nice ending to a long day :D I just really wish I had something to sit on where I work...I have to stand

What Kind of phone are you trying to transfer them from? If you still cant get them transfered using the Bluetooth, trying sending it Via Text/Picture Message, this usually will work.

I wish! Sounds Like Fun... Happened the other way around though, customer had me call into Care for them, Because they had just moved and had no reception at their new place. They wanted me to see if they would let them out of contract without having to pay the cancelation fee on their lines. While on hold, customers asked how much the cancelation fee was....So I told them...Customer Care Agent Came back on the line, and said... CARE: "I heard ...

I got tipped a few times, but I use to work next to a Good Will, so you can imagine the kind of tips I recieved were actually usless junk that I would take back and Donate....Why did they think that I wanted a picture frame? Who knows...

Someone just approached my kiosk, looked at the My Touch, and asked if there was any differences between the My Touch and the G1. After my usual spiel, they proceeded to ask when the G2 is coming out...For Real?.... :paranoid: I know I am tired today...but I think I just died a little bit inside...

Customer walked into my store looking for a phone case that would make his phone water proof, I have seen these online and they look like zip lock baggies of some sort, but hey! Thats what he wanted...When I was kind, and bored enough to look them up online for him and not just send him away since we didn't have them. He must have took that as that we were now friends... Cause he proceeded to come back 2 ...

So I get this customer that has one line with T-Mobile and wants to add 4 more lines onto his account, he as the unl loyalty plan, so you can imagine it would be quite expensive when all said and done for monthly charges and all... He wants 4 Beholds, with NO Data NO Texting, and wants to be able to have them unlocked that way he and his family can travel to Italy next month, for 3 months!!! Oh ...
