ya they have crappy phones, but they have good ones too. if people weren't so cheap they'd spend a little more $$ and invest in a good phone that will last instead of buying the $50 piece of crap they buy, then complain 3 mths later when they sit on it while eating potato chips on their mom's couch and crack it

at time of activation you pay the price of the phone plus $15 activation fee. first bill is due in a month. there is no way to run your bill up unless you pay it late, thenthere is a $10 late fee. they do not charge you for calls to customer service or anything else.

this is not true. i hsve been on calls that last 2-3 hours multiple times, and i have never had a call ended during that time period.
