call centers
have you ever gotten a call at work and the customer on the line was someone you knew personally? i just had a call that it wa a guy i was good friends with in high school... he didn't recognize my voice or anything but since i saw all his acct info i knew it was him. i didn't say anything though. what is your all's reactions to a situation like that if you've ever had one?

yea i had a guy that didn't want to pay his $85 deductible, he said he was going to cancel his service and switch to verizon. so i asked him if he wanted me to cancel his claim or keep it open and he just yelled at me "you're not gunna give me a f*cking deal are you?!" no sir. lol. :twisted:

omg thats exactly how i feel! people get a booklet with all terms and conditions and yell at you about everything because they didn't take the time to read it. they didn't know because no one told them! people are so lazy... whenever i pay for anything or i sign up for any service i make sure i know exactly everything it entails.
