The company is changing the focus.. its not as customer focused as it was before. They are pushing more for sales and growth. Getting a little more hardcore around here. Its hard to get used to after my almost 10 years here. Seems they expect a complete 180 within weeks after cramming all the other years of customer focus down my throat.

Ok, I've worked here about 8 years now.. and I check back whenever I can. And its funny you mentioned this, but, a couple weekends ago. I sold a used merge and used mez to a prepaid account and worked just fine. When activating the phones for customers, there isn't any codes that will restrict a certain model of phone. Hell, even a Premium internet code will work to activate an Android powered phone.

YES. If you buy the phone at retail price?? The $600, or $300 used. Or if you get it cheaper on your own. Sure you can activate it on a prepaid line. You just won't get the full 5 gig plan. You'll only be able to get the 2 gig pre paid plan. But, you do HAVE to have data on the phone one way or another. Currently there is 1 Android ...

We can block the Easy Edge apps from coming up on they phone. But, if you're asking more can you get the Tritan WITHOUT the fees. No. The phone is a premium device and along with the Delve we don't sell it without. The internet, email, and navigation is all included with the $20 / month for the service. But, you can't have the phone without the service.

I guess it depends on how much your plan is now. Because the 1000 min national promo, along with all our other family plans. Have the first 2 phones included in the plan. Its $69.99 for the first 2 phones. And its $10 extra, per line, on lines 3-5. might not even be a US Cell phone. Go to a store with a service center and depending on what they have for phone software they might be able to re-install it. Not sure if its possible. But, if it is in fact a US Cellular phone. Might be worth checking out.
