You can't do it over the air... have to either take it to the Verizon store or use the Moto link above. I've seen some brand new phones with the new software though.

What file type are your pix? Do they have really long names or funky characters in the name?

I use the RemoSync app, it syncs to Outlook with no issues

I have that issue as well! I had no issues for the first month or so when I first got my Krave. But then I loaded the Mobile Email application and saw my battery get low after sitting on all night with an incoming email notification on the display. I sent an email to the app developer, Oz. They confirmed the issue was with the app but could not tell me when/if it was planned to be fixed. So ...

I was able to use my own MP3 ringtones. I sent myself a Pic-Voice message with a small MP3 I put on my memory card in the sounds folder, worked great!

I've had my Krave since November and noticed an update in December. Then I was at my VZN store and upgraded it again last month. I have to say it's working better now. Ya gotta think there should be another upgrade before long.
