There are many many North American Call centers. And many of the people in some of them stillhave accents. :D
And we are Excellent. In fact recent Polling data have us at the Top of the customer Satisfaction Charts, because we are doing all we can, we have done the work. And as long as I work for sprint I will be doing all I can to help people with one of the most important things in there ...

Well as one who does the blocking negotiating overage discounts and correcting plans. I saw one time pic mail being charged after the new plans ie it was causing data charges. but we corrected it. No when someone has a data use charge and they have free picture mail, but inevitably when I check the unbilled usages I see picture mails at 11:20 12:50 4 pm but i see data use charges 1030 am 1 pm 5 pm 9 ...

Be careful with HULU make sure your on 4g when you use it, 4G is Unlimited but 3G has the 5 gig cap on the same line and 13 HULU's would wipe out the 5 Gigs....

If you have the simply everything then Sprint gives you the connection card plan for 50.00 a month...
But yes it would be advantagious to allow teathering even if they capped the teathering at 5 gig or some such.

It is opinion based on observed fact, Goldman Sac's etc... not to mention the recent direct attack on a network by a President and his cronies... this is a warning to us, if he is willing to openly attack the "free press" ...

Sprint will be fine, were doing what needs to be done, correcting the miss direction of several years ago... And Palm is a great company and a Great Product. With web OS they again are at the edge of innovation, as they were when they first came out...
