as much as we would love to not talk to you or any other customer about retarded things like how your day is going, we.;re sorta required to "build rapport" or dumb small talk to relate to the customer, etc or else we lose our jobs. kthnxbai?

also, everyone at work keeps tugging on my hair and is lie, "omg!! i luv ur dreads, they're soo cool. can u do my hair like that? blah blah blah". And I just look at them like wtf..no, no, no aaaaannnnd...no. it's especially hard to respond since I am talking to customers and mid sentence my head is being jerked down...but whatev. *sigh*

Just had a cust call and ask me for the number to pizza hut and sally beauty supply. I told her she dialed 611 for cust service instead of 411 for directory assistance and she started cursing ang hung up...ahhhh my life is a...maz...ing. :roll: (eek! help!)

well...the ONLY other real difference is that w/ a 2-year commitment you get a discounted phone and w/ a no commitment you don't.

btw...it's not just flexpay customers who have to pay a migration fee. It's any customer on an annual contract. So, flexpay month-to-month customers already have the "even more plus" pricing which is the lower pricing. Flexpay annual or postpaid annual have the higher pricing but if they want to have the option of paying a lower bill every month then they have to pay that migration fee...not too bad considering they're paying less in the long run.

hmmm...i think if you were only 3 days into your service you could have cancelled, gotten your money back and then activated a new acct with the new prices...too late now tho.

I would probably bring my cell but when I get my bill I wouldn't act like my bill is one big surprise and say, "How come my bill is soo high?!? These charges are not valid! wtf OMG NO I DID NOT GO OUT OF THE COUNTRY. these damn cell companies always stealin' my money" lol
