And now you get twice the questions on the crap load of google apps they are wondering about. That sounds awesome I hope Google doesn't throw money at the company I work for too and have us waste including the installation of the software and the life of questions about multiple stupid apps that I never heard about waste 10 hours of my time too. Thanks Google saving returns and deacts but killing my productivity too.

They were worried so much about the coverage perception that they dropped a bunch of money (not lost or anything they dropped it maybe on the table of advertisers or something :) ) and should have spent more of that money on coverage and 3g. back up didn't mean to sound like an ATT fan boy. Everyone on this thread is acting like hey tethering no big deal and hey 2009 they got tethering wow phones have had it forever. What they neglected to understand is THE phone that will beat the iphone will have tethering out of the box and usable with yes an extra price but it's great to have that option on the "Iphone Killer" without having to jailbreak it. 4. Cor315 it's funny you have only been on the phonescoop site registered since Sep 2009 and are quick to judge the sites layout like you do. They must be doing something right I was on AT&T'S point of sale system and what would you know they have a link top phonescoop on they agent page. Trust me when I say this Metro still will have lousy coverage in Florida. Doesn't matter if it is the Treasure Coast Or the Gold Coast people in this state for a long time to come will still call it Metro POS.

The funny part about it is that the internet says "T-zone" it always makes me laugh because they tell me that the internet is slow and the phone won't work in my store. On the other hand what a great way for Verizon to bring exclusive Nokia phones back and charge them as a premium phone data plan which is now going to be the root of ARPU to go up. I can just imagine Hot Nokia Phones at Verizon but require the extra monthly charges like the Samsung rogue. :cry:

I love the strategy they are posing lets get the Government off our back while building the small carriers up so when it's time to buy the mom and pop carriers up it will actually be worth it. The problem with these 3rd party billing practices is that most of the time it's not the account holder thats purchasing these ringtones/games the problem is that 12 year old Tommy sees something he likes and figures hey a free Hanson ringtone I am down! :paranoid:

Ok so let me also say that I myself am an Iphone lover as well but, after digging into this phone today at the Pocono 200 in the Sprint tent I must say that the Pre could be the Iphone killer but unfortunately it is on Sprint and well let's just say that I would shoot myself before dealing with Sprints customer service.

So to answer your question if you are on a Flex Pay account then they do not run your credit. Funny thing buy that I-Phone unlock it put it on T-Mobile slap T-zone on it and bam you have everything except Visual Voice mail on it without a contract! Sure they do charge you $5 more a month for Flex Pay but hey it sure beats that Monster deposit. :D
This doesn't make sense!
After reading the memo sent to us about the specs on the Bill credit it says that existing customers that "PORT OVER" A number will receive a bill credit because they added a line.
The chances of someone having a line on another carrier after having T-Mobile for two years is very rare and to top it off after people that post over these threads stating that they didn't qualify for the promotion after being with T-Mobile for ever ...

I will say that after selling phones for over 8 years and representing almost every major carrier at the same time (Membership warehouse setting) I have learned one thing, If you are in a big city area most carriers are fine but if you go to places like Montana or say Maine then you might want to pick a CDMA phone over GSM. Let's face it by the time that everyone is done arguing over what is better Verizon ...

Well I would have to say that my location is doing better than before. People have cellphones but are always wanting a cheap way to upgrade to the newest devices. Subsidies make that possible and also makes it profitable for the customer, the carrier and most important my family. Recession maybe but people still have impulses and they will continue to act on them until the day they die. :wink:
