I like being able to talk and surf the web at the same time. And im not even using 4G yet. This phone is nice!!

The only time i go into a Verizon store is when there is something wrong with my phone, and its always packed with other customers about to pull there hair out or bending over while the rep applies the KY...lol Are AT&T customers happier with there service and equipment?

Yeah, it actually got worse after upgrading to 1.7. It says the server is down or session expired and a few other things..

Is anyone else having trouble staying connected to Facebook? I have had error messages and connection timeout messages everyday for the last few days. Is the server overloaded?

Does anyone know of an App that lets you print pictures, emails, docs, etc. via bluetooth from your phone. My old Voyager "dumb phone" let me print pictures via bluetooth but i cant find anything that will let me do it now. Thanks

You do have to hit the unlock button when the phone is closed to be able to view anything. Kind of annoying!!

yeah, im not sure why im so addicted to touch screens either. Maybe i like the larger viewing area and im not a big fan of trackballs.. :cry:

Got it installed and love some parts of it. But i am switching back to .148 , cant live without BB messenger and Facebook. And there are alot of little bugs that are just annoying. Hope the official version is released soon!!!!

Yeah, but it is missing a few things. I can put a picture up but nobody else can see it, nor can i see there pic. Guess I will have to wait for the real version to come out or maybe another leaked version..lol

I found that going to Stormota.com from your mobile browser is the fastest way to get the new messenger. So far it works and looks great. Now cant wait to see the rest of the Storm 5.0 OS!!!!

Did this app never make it to the Storm? I really miss not having a mobile tv app on my phone. I actually went to the Storm because the Verizon Rep said that it supported Mobile TV. Guess he was wrong?? Does anyone else know of something out there that works the same?

yeah you can delete them. I did away with VZ song id and got Shazam. Much better i think!

Yeah, mine wont even get past the "listening" stage. It was a nice app on my old "dumb phone" but i will have to delete this off of my Storm. Not sure why Verizon added this, maybe to watch and laugh once more at frustrated Storm owners..who knows???? LOL :?

Did anyone else have 2 apps show up on there Storm over the weekend? I now have Vcast Song ID and VZwTones. I didnt know that they could just push these onto my phone without permission. Kinda funny!!! :paranoid:

The Env Touch or even the old Navigator is a good alternative. The Env Touch has a lot of nice apps and you can get the Mobile email for $5 a month if you want.

Has anyone tried this on there Storm? I am running 4.2 and it seems to run smoothly. Alot faster than BB browser. How do you get extra skins?

That would be great if i had a high speed internet connection. All i have is Verizon Wireless broadband card. Does anyone share there Slingbox connection? Is that even possible? Kind of like a "Time Share".. lol
