Reasons why this didn't get answers sooner:
1. Heading has nothing to do with issue, nor is descriptive.
2. You gave very little information about the problem. Is your girlfriend on another carrier like Verizon? Are you in fact using the Blackjack II on AT&T?
3. Have you called AT&T Customer Service? What did they say? There is actually a setting in their Snooper software that can prevent MMS from being sent. Or even received, for that matter.

I have been with every carrier, and ATT is the only one that will work with customers on their bill. Their competitors will hand their customers the bill, and they pay it or get shut off and charged off, period. Where do all these little anti-ATT rants come from? lol

1.) Smartphones use more data. It's a fact. That is the primary reason the plan costs more. Operating systems on phones can allow applications to access the data network constantly in the background. It is only fair.

Does WoW have Mac support? Nope, I wonder why that is? Because Mac is inferior for gaming. Mac parts cannot be ordered easily and custom systems assembled.

Wrong. PDA's are insurable. The deductible depends on which tier they fall under. Tier 1 is $50, Tier 2 is $125. The previous poster is beyond incorrect.

Hacks for the Pantech Matrix?
Is anyone aware of any hacks for the Matrix? My Sync before was able to access the hidden menus to adjust things like decibel level with volume levels and stuff like that. Anyone seen anything like that, or is it still too early?

Due to a manufacturing mistake, 9639, Green Pantech C740 (SKU 64948) devices have a slider mechanism defect. The top half of the (display) on the device unscrews and detaches from the device. Purchase order numbers and IMEI ranges have been used to verify which C740s are impacted. New devices have already arrived ...
Just requested this phone as a Warranty exchange
...from my Nokia 9300. I will let you all know what I think of it. Best thing I see so far is that I will be able to downgrade my PDA Connect plan to the Media Net Unlimited package and save $15. Of course, through Warranty, it will be a Refurbished handset, but that doesn't always mean bad.
