I have a HTC MDA. I download the software and when i'm running it on my mobile, it saying something failed. When i look on the phone screen, it has a blue, gree and red shade on it. Could someone walk me thru the steps plz?

Girls, bring too much drama. I just stated out in a new office, same work but new location. I am experienced in this feild so i came to assits the new ones. So becuase i dont "talk" ( sharing my personal life) with the females here , they find this offensive. I'm like,wtf? why yu gonna be mad about sometyhing like this when its a choice to share thing with ppl, plus i dont even know them like that. ...

/;| what yu need to learn is call control. Thhis helps yu to manage yur talk time on the call while helping the customer and at the same time not being to the them. If he allow a customer to speak all day this will happen to yu but if pin point out whats the customer prob then yu good.Thing is not to get angry knowing that customer is on the call for too long.
