i had a sony tm506 and it went missing at work. i called in and reoprted it lost so no one can use my phone. i got the phone back and saw calls to numbers that i don't reconize and txt messages that i didn't write, so obviously they didn't block my phone. thank god i have a flex pay account so all they could do is run my minutes out. so i called t-mobile and they said that there are no ...

i'm doing overtime tonight and we're going 45-60 minnutes in between calls! i'm really bored now beacuse the only team around me just got on the fly training, si now i'm all alone.

they need to make a comercial where chad is making fun of the other providers, but the verizon guy comes out of the picture and slaps chad in the back of the head and tells him to get back to work. at which point all the other providers swarm the verizon guy and raise him into the air.

i woke up this moring with a 101.3 temp! not only did i come in for work, but i put in 2 hours of overtime. i feel like hell and half my customers think i'm golem form the rings movies!!!

it depends on the business... some business account are eligible for flat rate pricing (better than a noprmal person). some businesses like coke, pepsi, etc. are eligible for free phones.

i guess you got a point there. i actually called the tech department and they put in the request to improve the service in the area. hopefully some good will come out of the request.

oh... i just started messing with my firends krzr k1 and think that phone's realy bad ace. the only way i can get one though is through motorola.com, would that phone still be covered under my insurance (beacuse it's the t-mobile krzr)?

i don't want to sound like on of those customers that have a problem with everything. i work for sprint (as a customer service specialist, go figure) and don't want to be one of those customers that i hate. besides... what could they really do for me?

i left sprint/nextel (which had awesome cell service, but really bad customer service) and went to t-mobile (which has awesome customer service, but really bad cell service). which brings up my question... would you rather have good customer service or cell service. **here is my rant! personally, i don't care if i have to wait until i go to work to be able to check my messages, just as long as when i have a problem i know it's going to be ...

that sucks... everyone in my area either has nextel (iden) or verizon (cdma). so i guess that means that gsm users are pretty much screwed!

check this out... when you are sending a text message on an instinct and you typ in the word "microbrew" your phone locks up and will not unlock until the phone automatically turns itself off. i've had to deal with this issue twice today and each time i had to inform the customer that it is a known issue and we are working on it. try explaining to a customer that the reason there phone shut down is beacuse they typed ...

i tried to call care, but i'm on hold for 8-10 min before they answer... anywho... i tried to ask somebody named chuck if i could do that and he literally told me my phone would explode. so all i would have to do is ask for the DOTAC info sent to my device and i could run it like a browser update?

every day seems to be long and boring to me. i work from 12:30-21:00 and starting at about 18:00 we go about 15-20 minutes in between calls. the only thing i do at that time is... phonescoop.

i know there's a way to request new towers in your area with sprint, but does t-mobile have a program like that? i have zero service at my house and have to walk/drvie about 10 miles until i can find a little service.

i personally go through t-mobile and currently have a razr v3, but i'm going to purchase an unlocked motorckr z6 (that phone is sexy!).

my last customer was redneck to the core. we were making some changes on the account so i was trying to verify the security question on the account which was favorite author. he said TED NUDGENT!!! what's worse is that was the answer to the secuity question. we were then trying to activate his nextel phone and he was reading back the serial number and he said Q as in cucumber. i tried to verify if theat was Q as ...
