IMHO The Apple iPhone is not just the device and the os that is running on it. I have over $200 in apps that me and my wife have access to with one purchase. Rather you want a small screen or big screen there is a phone to choose from. The great thing that know one one mentions is that no one is being forced to buy any type of phone. If the phone does what you want it to do when you want it to do it, then that is the best phone for you. The next person that complains about the phone I choose can pay my bill and buy the phone ...

You are making no sense at all. No Commitment pricing pricing is the same as no contract with AT&T. Prepaid service phones don't count. A 16GB iPhone for no commitment pricing is the same as the unlocked version and it is not a $100 dollar difference. The No Commitment price for the inFuse is the same as the Unlocked version. The new iPhone 4's will come with a bumper in the box. With a bumper, the antennae issue goes away. Should they have included the bumper in the beginning? Yes, black gets black bumper, white gets white bumper, if you want a different color, buy it. Now the iPhone reminds me of the old Nokia phones that allowed you to change the color. Look at how less than 2 years AT&T has placed 3G in more than 60% of there network. 2010 AT&T will release the 1st LTE phone in the US. Ma Bell is back and is taking no prisoners.

CDMA is not the superior technology, the advantage of CDMA is that the signal can be transferred further, therefore requiring fewer towers. GSM and CDMA has the same sound quality but you need more towers to transmit the GSM signal. CDMA has a smaller bandwidth and less growth potential than WCDMA which operates UMTS, HSDPA and HSUPA which have much better bandwidth and can handle voice and data at the same time.
