Maybe, but no idea. I did email them back with more info on it, but still haven't heard back from them yet. Hopefully when my Lumia 920 gets here it'll have the wireless charger with it too.
Free Wireless Charging Plate?
I see where AT&T is giving out the free wireless charging plate. I ordered the Lumia 920 on the 7th, didn't see anything about getting one of those. When I contacted AT&T about this I was told "There is no promo like that at all!"
So am I getting one of them for free or not? Anyone have any idea's on it?

How can Apple state they steal ideas, then get pissed if someone steals ideas from them? Plus how can Apple even claim they came up with anything when almost everything they do, other companies did months to years before them?

Problem is Apple is quick to take someone to court cause they claim they are stealing from them. Yet Steve Jobs himself has stated before that Apple has not one problem stealing ideas from other people.
Look at iOS 5, you could say a ripoff of BBM and Android stuff, that's ok.... Let RiM or Google do that to Apple and see how fast Apple tries to take them to court.
Apple takes things other phones have done for months ...

What it really boils down to is Sprint is pissed. Sprint wanted to buy T-Mobile and wasn't able too. Now that AT&T is buying it Sprint is steamed.
Pretty much one of those "If we can't have T-Mobile, no one can!" attitudes if you ask me.

About a month ago there was a rumor saying Sprint was getting it sometime this summer. Said it was going to be a iPhone 4G, but haven't heard anything else. But I'll believe it when I see it.

Devour has more then just Vcast on it. It has VZ Navigator and a few others I believe.
As I've said before I think it was dumb of AT&T to take out Google Search. Maybe if enough complains about it they'll add it back.. doubt it but you never know.

Don't see how it's any different then VZW throwing all their crap on the Devour. Of course companies like AT&T and VZW want their stuff on phones they sell. They hope people will pay for them and make more money.
Only thing I think AT&T shouldn't have done is removed Google Search. Should've left it alone and they could've added Yahoo on there as a second choice.

Yeah I've noticed the signal on the Devour isn't that great. I was out today in a few places and it claimed I was romaing at times, 3G was off and on, etc. A friend is with VZW and has the Curve 8330 and she was having no problems.

From my understand Nexus One sold like 20K in it's first week or so. Droid sold over 200k in the same amount of time. So not sure how the Droid could be the worst Android phone.

No more Unlimited Txt?
I was looking at VZW site just a bit ago and instead of unlimited txt it now says 5000 txt PLUS unlimited mobile to mobile for $20.
When did they change this and why? Yes 5000 is a lot but it's always nice to have unlimited.

I think it's over-all a good idea. People get smartphones with no data plan, yet they still want to use data. They get their bill and when it's hundreds or thousands of dollars they call or go into the store throwing a fit. Then the company has to put of with that when it wasn't their fault.

In the past month or so I've been in a local AT&T store 3-4 times. Each time They've never asked me for my name or number, they only ask if I needed help with anything. They only asked name & number once I was checking out.

Did you own the Instinct when it first came out? I did and the browser sucked phone had a bit of problems, took them forver to fix the browser, etc. Read about any old post about the Instinct and you'd see.
It may be a good phone now but whats that matter? More or likely by this summer a new one will be out.

Heard from VZW about update
I wrote VZW today about when a new official update for the Storm would be. Pointed out that people are getting tired of waiting and they feel VZW has given up on the Storm. Wasn't even 10-15 mins later they called my phone about it.
The lady stated that .75 was the last official update to come out and as of now there's no word on when a new one will be released. So looks like we ...
Few Questions
I have noticed somewhere there was a picture of the Storm with this wallpaper. Not 100% sure on it but believe it looked like a rainstorm at night. Any ideas where I might be able to find it? Looked around a number of places and no luck yet.
Also how do you get the weather on the Storm beside loading up browser? I didn't notice any app for it, and would rather have an app.

Thing is I found another post where someone asked pretty much the same thing and this is what someone said to them.
"It's meant to come off. The phone doesn't need it to work. They're just advising you to use a screen protector so that you don't scratch your screen."
Screen Protector?
Does the Storm come with a screen protector? I noticed after I removed a sticker on the front there were a few bubbles (which I was able to get out). So since there's another sticker there is that one suppose to come off or is it ment to be the protector?
I don't want to remove it if it's suppose to be there. But don't want it there if it's ok to remove.

Yep, I've heard this for sometime now. I've been told it's best to do it once a day or at least once every other day. Doesn't matter what phone or carrier you have either.
Believe it helps make the phone run smooth. Kind of like how restarting/turning off your PC helps it run better. Plus remember mobile phones of today are pretty much tiny PC's.

To me it would be silly to go out and buy a phone like the iPhone and not have a data plan. If you or whoever doesn't want a data plan then why not stick to a plain mobile phone?
