Re: detailed notes
I was thinking the same thing, I could only figure out a little bit of it. But it's not just Sprint people, I think a lot of people are bad at detailed note or at least a good summary of sorts.
Re: Sprint Prepaid Phone User calling T-Mobile
That's just as bad as this lady who was on some friends or family member's AT&T Family plan. Tells me her phone won't call domestic long distance and when she calls her Verizon phone it doesn't ring. I informed her I was AT&T (once again) and can only trouble shoot the AT&T Phone, so we go into trouble shooting and she asked me, "What are you doing? I need you to fix my Verizon phone you idiot." So then ...
Re: OMG!!!
The one that flips you know? The one you sold for $100.00? How can you not remember, I got it from you guys. Lol, love those customers.
Re: I'll just cancel
Cancel threats are fun, because they do it when it is their fault. For example going over the minutes, their messaging package, or roaming. Sometimes I try to help but when they continue on and on, I just tell them about the ETF's and think to my self if you can afford that and to go to another carrier then you can afford this bill. I accidentally said that to a customer one time, come to think of it. ...
Re: Deductible!!
I use that example a lot but I remember a customer telling me "Sweetie, those are two different things." I guess they think they get a free phone no matter what, then they cuss you out for the deductible prices. I always try to explain that you're not eligible for an upgrade right now and if we offered you another phone brand new you will pay this $$$$ compared to getting it at this $ from Asurion.
Re: lost puppy dog
LOL, you're not even lying. That is the only reason I stuck around because I missed the opportunity to leave and get a decent job.
Re: lost puppy dog
Sounds like a lovely call center to work at. I had major issues at mine, glad I left those things alone.
Re: lost puppy dog
Have you spoke to both of the Team Leaders about it? Given the fact you are on time and should be with your team leader and they had you running around? I'd complain that one out of the roof.
Re: I'm not sure
I have to go with both on this because they too act like kids. I've seen quite a few adults throw tantrums, especially over the phone. "I'm going to talk to your supervisor because I can't get the new Black Berry for free and watch them give it to me."
Re: Has anyone
Lol sounds entertaining.
Re: frontline customer service
Even funnier if they didn't check the internet plan or IMEI number.
Re: frontline customer service
Their the one's wondering why their transfer rate is so high. I hate transferring to TSD if it is something I can fix and know how but sucks when they have certain privileges in certain applications. Some reps just don't care about resolving issues they rather push the customer off.
Re: letstalk.com has the Touch Pro 2 for $200!
Yes, I would NEVER buy from them. And I could not stand dealing with the customers who went with them. All they see is $$$ signs and never read the strict terms and conditions with them they agreed to. "They told me I had insurance." - "Well, I am sorry you don't have it with us you need to go to letstalk.com and speak to them about it." People get so angry but them and wire fly are horrible. ...
Re: Please tell me:
Just as bad as when this lady called in cussing me out because her autistic child bought all kinds of ring tones, games, and had been texting some service being kgb. She was all like, "$150 and what the hell is this?" I explained to her they were valid especially when she had the child's phone with her and one of the ring tones played. She begged me to give credit back because her child is autistic and had ...
Re: Thinking about switching the T-Mobile but...
AT&T has a discount plan for a certain group of Verizon. However, as far as I was told T-Mobile does not give discounts for AT&T. I checked long time ago.
Re: i hate tmobile.
Kiwi if you work for AT&T then you should understand queues and call routing. For example on a Saturday your call center might be slow with probably 10minutes availability while mine might be back to back. And just because you two are on the same account does not mean you will get routed to the same call center. The same with AT&T. And I can not help but concur with 20momof3 as they said it best!
Re: i hate tmobile.
Well, I know before when I would say complaint to the IVR with T-Mobile it would try to xsfr me to Loyalty which of course is a long wait. But if I said "rate plan change", I would get right through. Sometimes it depends on what you are requesting. And didn't you know you can chat with an online rep or e-mail them just like with AT&T!? Being a good rep to your customers is different compared to ...
Re: Upgrading Date
You can get the lowest pricing on your upgrade date. you can get the no retail price at any time, and the early upgrades are only if you qualify for it.
Re: one for the customer file
Good point! It's just as bad as this lady whose husband had a busted LCD screen, I mean she said it looked like someone took a hammer and beat it. She goes into a rant of telling me how they never added insurance to the account because she is 53 with a Ph.D and he is 54 and a surgeon. She told me people at their age, especially surgeons don't go around breaking their phones, or dropping them because ...
Re: t-mobile's unlimited text messaging put to the test
I didn't look just as bad and judging from your last post it didn't help you at all.
Re: CS Reps
It's in our bible, "Improper usage of the Credit and Adjustment policy is considered a violation of Wireless Code of Conduct. AT&T will monitor all credits and adjustments for potential misuse, duplicate transactions, and fraudulent usage."
Re: t-mobile's unlimited text messaging put to the test
I'm just pointing out that you shouldn't try to be a bigger a$s to another person when you're just as bad as the prior. I'm not perfect and can accept it.
Re: CS Reps
You must work at the "we are perfect" call center or something. Because we get monitored and audited at mine. I've seen reps get in trouble and written up. The higher ups e-mail their managers and tell them what to do. I've seen accounts get flagged for credit abuse as well.
Re: CS Reps
That is a different story not many of the calls are real billing problems unless you mean people claiming they did not know they were getting charge for calling international numbers or they went over their minutes.
But if you are not a credit everything rep then it does not hurt you so badly. Right now I average $2-$3.78 in credits according to the last two weeks.
Re: t-mobile's unlimited text messaging put to the test
The same way you meant to put "I" and not "i"? Oh, what about "there" which should be "their"?
You certainly, showed them.
Re: CS Reps
I think they do, I don't give store reps hell but it is the other way around. I hate when I tell the rep no we will not credit then he/she ask if I can tell the customer like I am suppose to be intimidated by having to speak and tell the customer no.
They don't understand we get aduited and if the cus had it waived or credited before recently or a few times back, no we will ...
Re: CS Reps
Yes I don't mind helping but don't call if you're indirect with out the cus, per policy in my dept the cus must be in the store to verify. I only don't care to assist if you're calling in for invalid credits. We get monitored on that, at least at my center. Funny thing is when you escalate above us, like they give better answers. If you promised it, you do it.
Just like this one rep got mad ...
Re: Years Ago....
Well besides what PhonemanJ said, I've only seen one cus in a very rare instance get his deposit waived as a courtsey but when he cancelled service for buyer's remorse and tried for AT&T again, he had that deposit to pay.
And also, why didn't you go after the friend for the balance?
Re: $10 for 20min?
It is provided by a 3rd party Vendor which is not affiliated with AT&T. It advises them that smoeone is attempting to place a collect call and they are clearly advised the cost to accept the call, and receive a confirmation at the end of the call via sms. 'They have to verify twice to accept the purchase. After agreeing 2nd time they are chrg. So yeah they can't dispute that.
Re: new phones?
You didn't want to try the G1?
Re: service
I can tell you now that W.V. has a lot of rural areas that don't get much coverage so have you checked the coverage map? And I would browse other forums.
Re: deposits
Odd that they didn't, they always ran mine. Not to mention, even though it is contractless, you're still agreeing to some terms and conditions.
Re: yes
That is true. Most common complaint people say is the spelling. Well, I have no trouble with my spelling so I find everything I need in it with ease.
Re: If you live in North Carolina ...
I have a T-Mobile phone and when I went to see my boyfriend I didn't have bad service the whole trip up and around N.C.
Re: yes
I meant in General, I know some reps use it because one called me with a res id and had questions about media net. However, a lot of them choose not to use it. Just like some of these dumb reps in this call center they prefer people.
Re: Goodbye AT&T!
I agree, I put my self in their situation and evaluate from there.
Re: Goodbye AT&T!
Of course it is, knowing that AT&T can control the weather. Every carrier has an outage, and eventually from time to time may experience some degraded service. I don't mind the calls and threats of people switching carriers, go ahead we don't up and waive ETFs, service is not guaranteed.
Re: Which 3g spectrum is Tmo really on?
I acutally heard the same thing and most of my research shows the same thing.
Re: Oh really?
Did they tell you in training class that most of the online iPhones are defective? Because they are not, most of them are new. The other few was that special on refurbished ones. Why in the world would a cus want a refurbished one, I don't know. And sometimes they think they got it new but you look it up and it is refurbished, I always listen for the price they paid.
Re: agreed
Eh sounds like everyday work in my call center, so I eventually try to sit alone. I don't like when people act helpless.
