In my usual quest for tracking new coverage, I loaded the latest USC PRL into NAN2 of my Verizon 3589i. These are the sorts of things I do to come up with the info I have on markson.net. One would have assumed that USC would not SPC lock a phone that did not have active USC service, but one would be wrong. Now I have to go through the unfortunate process of finding a way to get the SPC lock ...

Yes, I believe these are Devon's licenses. Rutland has not officially launched yet, but their web site already has the coverage listed.
