I switched to sprint recently from US Cellular (which i had for about 6 years) in West Virginia to get the HTC Hero. Since i have switched, i havent had any problems with reception. So far, im happy with the switch. At the very least, Sprint is worth a look.

So, what does everyone think about the chances of USC getting the Blackberry Tour? I know its Verizon and Sprint bound, but i havent heard anything in the wires about it hitting anywhere else. I know we will be getting more BBs in the future, but im wondering what the chances of the Tour showing up in the inventory are. Thoughts?

Im looking at switching to sprint sometime this year. Now, i consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable when it comes to cell phones and technology. I know the ins and outs, but i still cant decide what phone i would want to get. Im looking at getting either the upcoming Palm Pre, or the Blackberry 9630. Well i take back part of what i said, i thought the Treo Pro was badged with HTC but i was wrong. It would be nice to see a powerful HTC device without WinMo on it!

Thus far no HTC branding on the phone like on the Treo Pro, but i guess we wont know till they start selling. It does have that HTCish like styling but some mild differences, and the screen seems to be one of them. Im not positive but i believe most HTC touchscreen phones use a resistive touchscreen where this one seems to implement a capacitive touchscreen. Then again, capacitive touchscreens are the future of phones, so maybe HTC is ...

I was wondering if there was a limit to the data usage on the 24.99 BB data plan. I called my local usc rep to find out the earliest i could sign a new contract for a new phone. While i had her on the line i asked about it and she told me that the new plan was limited to something stupid like 4mb. On the website, however, it says "No overage charges". So whats the deal? Limited ...

Ok, i live in northern West Virginia and i have been debating on which service provider to go with when my current contract with U.S. Cellular is over.
