The truly unlimited part is noteworthy. At the very least it implies a trend toward far less restrictive data caps. Which, after all, is logical...if it only takes you a half second on the network to pull in what would have taken a minute before, they don't have to go on rationing it to the extent they seem to insist on now. Let's hope programmers and web site operators don't get sloppy though....

The price is insane. The "edge" feature is an ergonomic nightmare. And other Samsung phones including the Verizon Galaxy Note 4 feature both a dedicated CDMA/UMTS baseband chip and an LTE one that's integrated into the CPU, thereby enabling simultaneous data no matter what firmware the phone has, so the advanced calling is kind of moot -- and actually, kind of a pain in the butt until advanced calling is fully interoperable with other networks.
