I say they screwed up when the showed the Bionic and the Atrix at the CES. The CES was clearly a way better phone and consumers say that. Based on a lot of the forums I've read that was peoples complaint is that the Atrix is way better but that they don't want AT&T. Moto say read into those numerous complaints and said "Ut Oh, they aren't gonna wanna but it when it does come out", we just need to fix ...

Best buy is listing the Motorola Xoom for $1199.99 Has Verizon lost their mind on this? Is this just an error or do you feel the product matches the price. If you can't access the link below, just go to Bestbuy.com and search Xoom. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Motorola +-+XOOM+Tablet+/+NVIDIA+Tegra+Processor+/+10. 1%22+Display+/+1GB+Memory+/+32GB+Hard+Drive+- +Licorice/1946179.p?id=1218305636450&skuId=19 46179&st=xoom&cp=1&lp=1

AT&T will never get a "Droid" phone, Verizon purchased the right to use the name and nobody else can purchase it... I'm sure AT&T will get some contenders from manufactures but it won't carry the Droid name.

There is a huge difference from their current unlimited plans and these. I have 2 lines of service currently. I would have to pay. $149.99 Base Plan $29.99*2 because 1 line is a DroidX and the other is a Droid. So I am looking at $209.97 a month. However, if I was on the lucky Texas or Louisiana plans for unlimited mobile it would be cheaper. That helps I don’t know anyone with a landline, everyone I know has cell phones. $99.99 ...

You're right the screen on the Evo is suppose to be 4.3", but per the phone side-by-size comparison. Someone is lying about the size of the screen, cause they are not the same size per the picture? http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/M otorola-DROID-X-stands-side-by-side-with-the- HTC-EVO-4-iPhone---Droid-Eris-article-a_11884 .html The Droid X is noticeably bigger

Ummm, I'm not eligible for upgrade until November year, but regardless. If I have to shell out full retail than I just will have to pay full. I am going going to upgrade to the Motorola Droid Xtreme. I have the Droid, and the Moto Droid 2 didn't impress me too much. All I see really changed is the keyboard and processor, but the Xtreme impressed me alot.

Actually I see nothing wrong with Tmobile. My sister had tmobile, and where ever she was at my house she never got service. My house if off the water and they said that's why. So I added her to my verizon account and signal was perfect. When ever my bro comes over he has to use my cell phone to make calls, and I'm in a metro area. So I agree, it's a last attempt to get customers. ...

I'm not hating (Apple fan boys), nor am I bad mouthing your precious company but.... I won't even lie, I from the moment I heard about the new developer terms regarding ads, thought it was violating anti-trust and competition laws. It's kinda no different than what Intel was trying to do to AMD in regards to the Video cards and their chips.

So my boy bought a Motorola Droid a while back (2 weeks ago) and we had coffee to share apps and stuff. I taught him stuff and of course he was wow'd. He asked to use my Droid and was upset. You go right ahead. I've studied just about every carrier and not because I am bias but Verizon honestly was the best pick for me. I'm not worried about how cheap a plan is, my concern is in "The quality of service I will get", "reliability" and "professionalism" among other things. Sprint was the worst in my experience, I had to take them to court to prove that made a $1400 error on my bill, which is when I ...

I'm actually quite happy with my Droid, I just think Apple is being a bit of a hypocrite when it comes to technology. Technology is ok as long as their name is on it, the minute someone else tries to do something. It's not ok. Calm down, it's really not that serious. There are many more important things to be upset about than someone not agreeing that Apple is the best. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. As ...

Apple needs to take the word "proprietary" out of their vocabulary. That's what all Apple products are, so how are they to criticize someone else who is established in the market on their product "Flash" because they are one of the few who won't kiss Apple's behind. Apple files a patent on just about everything they even concept, you're upset with Adobe for giving up on you.

I will admit, I do an equipment upgrade every 12 months usually always in December. When I went to the Droid I was actually only at 11 months. Knowing me, I'll never even know what a new every 2 is. I won't even lie, I have a Moto Droid, and I was a little sad after I saw the HTC Evo 4G, it's a really nice phone hands down. I'm hoping for it too. Starting to remind me of the rumored updates with the Blackberry Storm. Remember the "there's going to be an update, actually we changed our mind. Next week". Next week comes "there's going to be an update this Friday. Friday comes, "next week". So I guess I'll just sit back and wait. What other choice do we have.

Yeah I am sure she'll be on facebook, youtube, and I think she has a myspace account. So I guess it would be better to go with a PDA, and the unlimited plan. That way I don't have to be surprised by any data charges. I was looking at the HTC Droid Eris, should be good enough for her.

I went from the Blackberry Storm 1 to the Motorola Droid. Pros: Android Market is better than App World The Beta Google Maps is way better then the free maps Blackberry gives you Texting is easier even though the keyboard on the droid is way to flush. I still like it better then "the button". You'll notice that things on the Droid are more vibrant than on the storm (Color) to be specific and that's because the Droid is 24bit. Cons: It was ...

Don't you think that is going to discourage new customers that have large phone books? People already want a free phone, than reps have to entice customers to sign a contract to meet sales numbers and etc. Now Verizon is saying "By the way, we need you new service with us (Verizon), but you're going to have to pay another fee to get your contacts into the new phone you just bought from us". Are they considering this a 3G Smartphone or a 3G Multimedia phone? My sister wants this, and if it's considered a 3G smartphone she can forget it. I'm not paying the $29.99 plan lol. The $9.99 plan I don't mind.

Sprint and Verizon are not even in the same boat, the reason Sprints plans are so much cheaper is because they need them to be. Have you seen their Churn rate, it's sucks on a whole different level. I wanna say they are they worse out of all the carries as far as keeping customers. So they need their plans to be as cheap as possible to hopefully keep people with them.

hahah, good point. I support Verizon in their ETF. They're are already giving you a deal on the phone, by allowing a price cut for signing a contract with them. If you don't want the ETF, than don't sign a contract, buy the phone at full retail; which is more than the ETF. Seeing the $350 ETF only applies to advance phones, that are probably more than $350. why are they giving Verizon such a hard time, when google is charging $350 on top of T-mobile termination fee. Consumers getting the Nexus One on Tmobile are looking at $500 dollars in fees in the first 3-4 months but you giving VZW grief about $350. What's really the issue, did someone at the FCC get their credit denied for a VZW account?
