im still in p2k, and my call trackers are 50-60 calls a day, all ensemble transfers, i love it, but i am dreading the time when i do go to training. P.S. the reason why the went to ensemble is cause sprint paid money for the rights to use premire, but since nextel made ensemble, it was free to use. cheep ass sprint.

face it, if i dont speak spanish, but the cust doesnt speak much english, it makes it hard to comunicate between the language barriers. same for the cust who calls in and gets the philipenes area, they get mad to, so just try to bear with it, and also thats why they got a spanish dept.

most reps neway just do what there sup or company tells them to say. i just read off in the disruption box for the insurance. water, electrical, normal ware n tare, theft and lost phones.

is it just me or does a bluetooth head set make ppl look like they need to be in startrek? i also dont see the reason for even having one, are ppl to lazy to open a phone? Im sure they have a few ppl who can use them to there avantage, normal ppl who have them to look cool, just look stupid.

bad break for this phone
this phone had alot of hype for how bad the reviews are, i would not get this phone, plain and simple :paranoid:
how about no sidekicks?
the sidekick is to big, and bulky, slow and obsolete. internet on the phone is like dial-up, txt is good with key board, but the sliding screen is allways being broke. the audio quality is weak, and overall the phone is a stinker. get neother phone(besides razr) thats decently new and u got a better phone.

this was a good phone, id say go palm or htc if u got this phone.... just not gona cut it. had it for sprint and to many issues with this phone, went with the touch, good choice, the touch rocks. :evil: :twisted:

to be honest with u, most phones nowadays do everything, internet, txt, camera, tv, Bluetooth, alaram/calender. Godd phones, u gota pay for and the cheep ones are free usually. id sugjest a good flip phone but not this one, try for at&t the samsung slm sgh-a747, good phone, good reviews, and looks alot better than this phone. :)

am i alone in thinking the razr line of phones is the worst in the biz? Sure they look nice and feel good, but with the multitude of issues with each line of razr, it makes the phone pathetic. I hope the razr2 has the changes motorola has been neglecting to give to the razrs. I work for sprint tech support and i get like 100 razrs a week that are all screwed up. please leave feedback on how ...
down side to mogul
the mogul is a sweet phone, touch screen, sliding qwerty keybord, nice screen size, standard pda functions. There are however some small setbacks, pic mail only works through e-mail, no navigation system built in(telenav is available for 20$) no roaming call gaurd for incoming calls, and the sprint music store is not suported yet on the device, and multiple bluetooth issues i will post ne info about that upgrade if it becomes available, untill then, we gota live with ...

yea, t-mobile is having, lets say difficultys keeping up with other carriers when it comes to pda's, if ur looking for the best pda's, id sugjest sprint, long line of palms and blackberrys, also have touch and mogul. t-mobile is getting left behind.

Face it, kyocera phones are like little plastic hammers in the world of tools, low class and obsolete. im surprised verizion still carrys them. i have had a few come my way and nothin good ever came outa them. basically bad phones.

unfortunatly this is a cosmetic upgrade. they do not want to release anything higher end until they realize that the upstage is not the phone to promote.
lol sprint doesnt push the upstage, thats the worst phone ever made, more issues than robert downey Jr., sprint is not stupid and hasent pushed that phone since the b-phone, lol and thats a joke as well, the musiq is a good phoe compared to the fusiq, if u got a 150$ ...

im pretty sure we all know how the katanas work,like the razrs, dlx or not, crappy, im a tech rep for sprint i fix those phones on a daily basis, there unreliable and flemsy, the musiq however, its a decent phone with a good look, and the music player is a deff bonus, but it also has its flaws, over all id go with the musiq cause the katana line of phones is bad.
