Thanks for the reply. I could not believe that something this basic could be omitted. As this phone was not on the sales floor yet (had to go to the stockroom to grab a demo), I'll cut the sales guy some slack.

Sinner: Thanks, great name by the way. What does, "three in stock mean"? Can you get this independently of AT&T? If so, who provides the communications. Forgive me, I'm not an expert with these things!
