I think the sound levels are about the same. And no, the Poly's do NOT sound real...since it can handle MP3's, I'd recommend you using MP3's...

From what I know, the Moto vxxx Series can only use MP3, IMY, and MID as ringtones...convert your WAV Files to MP3 and it should show up...
