Maybe in arizona or california where up to 30 % of the population uses spanish as its primary language and up to 50% as there second language......for the south as in az,texas,california, and new mexico that higher number is what makes it so that it seems that 1 in 10 people you meet will speak spanish.....but in any other state the number is closer to 1/30 so it is great customer service those southern 4 states to be bilinguial ...

20.95 i said the cost for you to do it not what you were charging customers....and a clerk job as a desk manager ? you damaged the phone ....I say it, Alltel says it,the manufacture says it.......who else needs to tell you.....you started a forum saying alltel sucks and never to join them because they followed policy and every rule that is set in place to keep people that are to cheap to just pay for a new phone ...

Try looking at it in a differant way 5 dollars a month for 6 monthes and 85 dollar deductable 115 dollars versus 329 unless you like to by cheap 200 dollar phones that will break anyways

The best part of the word contract is that it is one.......what makes you feel that you are entitled to break your contract or make amendments to it based on the fact that it serves you better? There are a reason policies are in place and it is to make sure that everyone is treated the same and no one gets the i pay my bill so i am special treatment....

First things first.....no lcd TV alone COSTS $2000 you can get a 8.5 in one installed at a dealership for about a grand at cost " yes i was a desk manager at a Nissan dealership" My point is this...I believe that people who get online and start a post entitled ALLTEL SUCKS!!!! if your thinking of joining alltel DON'T!!!! for something that has been deemed there own fault by an independent person has the words "I FEEL PRIVLAGED" ...

Well the question was is there a different price for services based on what the cost of your car was? the answer is no.....you get a free oil change because the cost for 30 min worth of work for a min wage person is 3.50 and for oil and filter maybe 8 dollars for the cheap bulk oil you pump in the car...so 15 dollars at the most is your gift for allowing people to overpay to get ...

Let me see if i got this right......your upset that your warranty was denied becuase you damaged your phone....? what do you think alltel has to gain from damaging your phone...you think that they sit there adn try to cheat a ten year customer out of something? ......let me ask you as a gm service manager....did it cost less to get an oil change in a 50,000 car or a 20,000.....there the same because nobody deserves better than the ...

At what point do we feel so special that we get to destroy what we buy then expect the company that provides the service or the maker of the cell phone to just provide us with all types of exceptions because we pay our bill for services we use....? how about we become responsible adults and fulfill the contracts we sign and if we mess up our phones we are held responsible. Then and only then after 4-5 years ...

The unlimited everything is only great if its only you who needs a line of service....how many people have only one line and not one for wife kids and parents.....the my circle option gives people a way to have 2-3 people on an account with unlimited text, n+w starting at 7pm , and nation wide calling with 2200 min and 20 my circle numbers for 139.99 or three lines for 155........this plan would satisfy 98% of anyone who needs ...
