The iphone does have flaws, true, and thats why LG and Samsung are trying so hard to top it. But the Instinct will be almost identical to the Vu and surely similar quality. Definately no iphone "killer"...

What i meant by touchscreen quest is that the Iphone is the best and with future updates could possibly remain that way... The Vu's touchscreen is questionable. My point is, Samsung is a moderate manufacturer, and I must admit that working on both sides (CDMA and GSM) I have noticed that Samsungs quality on the CDMA side is a little better. BUT, for sprint to hold this as a flagship phone is kind of strange. In my opinion the touchscreen quest is and will always be held by Apple. I do not own an iphone nor will I but it is still the best I have ...

If so, do you argue with a customer when they say another carrier has better service in their home? Afterwords, do you ensure them that with the money Sprint has spent in that area that there is no possible way some other carrier can out-perform them?

Well, most people will think this is an easy answer (Tilt). But, for a "newby" i would honestly have to say that the Vu would better suit you. It's very easy to use and it has some cool features. If you want something a little heavier, go with the Tilt.
Risky move...
I thought it was a risky move to launch At&t 3G in Albuquerque but it has been great!!!! It's probably a matter of about a year before they launch in Alb. Just a guess

Yes we do. But unfortunately they sell for about the same price (before rebate) as that phone. But contract phones usully have ALOT more to offer.

I can't really imagine this to be a "good" phone but it is pretty appealing to look at, which is what virgin is shooting for. They want kids to feel like they have a grown-up phone.

I think it would be more reasonable to combine the two phones to be like the 8820 instead of selling a WiFi phone and a GPS phone seperately. But its still a nice lineup! 8)
