I'm not saying its impossible to make 40k per year I'm saying its impossible to make 40k per year o n just commission which is what he's claiming. 40k is about average, maybe just above, for cell phone sales but not salary plus 40k commission. Especially not at uscc with the belief project.

Also just taking the middle ground of $3500 per month that's 42,000 per year! It's not going to happen. You may hit that 3-4k figure once in the year, but I wouldn't be on ever hitting that number, ever.

Listen the guy wanted to know about the pay. Just because you drink the Kool-Aid Mary Dillion puts down your throat doesn't mean you should make up fictitious figures about your paycheck. Am I saying that it's impossible to make 3-4k in a month? No (although with the belief project you probably have more of a chance of seeing a herd of wild unicorns), but to make it consistently or even pretend you make that consistently WHATEVER!

Why is it that people that if a carrier doesn't have iPhone everybody is like iPhone is the worst/causes problems/is nothing but garbage/stole my 401k/lost my grandmother's dentures ect., but when you ask any other company what the best selling handset in their lineup is it's the iPhone. U.S. Cellular has 2 high end devices. Samsung Mesmerize and HTC Desire. Granted they did release the Desire before anyone in the US, but the phone was going on a year old in Europe. Yes they did release the Torch in a timely manner, but BB is dying, really fast. When you compare their smartphone lineup to any national carrier it still has a long way to go! Because the market is moving to smartphones. The latest and greatest. U.S. Cellular is always the last to get new phones ALWAYS! And it's not by a week or two it's months. People don't want to have to wait for them to get with it. I agree WebOS has done an exceptional job with multitasking and the OS is one of the most revolutionary OS's in years. Apple has a great product but really hasn't made and changes since the iPhone launched. Android is a great OS as well, but can't compete with WebOS at multitasking. Palm's problem was leadership and they made several crucial mistakes when launching the Pre such as going back and forth with Apple about using iTunes. That was stupid. ...

It seems like all of our customers are angry all the time because AT&T is always finding new ways to charge them something extra like for discounts, raising restock fees, ect.
As far as upgrading early I have called on several different occassions for customers in hopes of getting a new phone a 2yr pricing, the best I have ever got was 2yr plus $75, you might as well pay retail price.

I don't know I have a couple other offers with other companies. I do like the fact that they are a union company, but it seems like the union is more for the company than for the employee these days. It just doesn't seem like much of a reason to stay with a company like this.

I don't know if it's just me or this company is going downhill fast. I used to really enjoy working for AT&T, but it seems as though anymore all they do is cut our commissions and raise our goals to unrealistic amounts.
They talk about winning "best in class", while their customer care hangs up on customers and store employees don't seem to care either because the company doesn't care about them.
Work has become more of a burden ...

Haha you've got to be kidding walmart pays better than AT&T. They have got to be the worst company ever. They talk about wanting to be the best company in the industry, but they can't seem to get their heads on straight. U.S Cellular would hve to be better than those clowns.

as far as i know there is no way they can see water damage so i would try to return it under 30 day all they can say is no. They will however charge a 10% restocking fee tho. but better than not getting it at all. :lol:

The point is it is an inconvenience to have to turn it off when i'm done with myspace then turn it back on wait for it to connect then go to ebay...turn it off again and later turn it back on connect and search google. It's silly.

I do have to agree here. I own the previous model and have carried the 3g model for a couple weeks and I do not think it's as good either.
The signal is not as good as the previous as well as the battery. I also agree that you shouldn't have to turn 3G off to conserve battery...just stick with the old one if that's the case...

You can crop your songs by using a program called Audacity. just google it and download. you can drag and drop your songs and crop to your liking. (has to be around 30 seconds to use as ringtones.) :D
dare vs. iPhone
Can someone that has used both phones compare these two for me. I have an iPhone now and the touchscreen is awesome and very responsive. i've used the LG VU and it's really not that good as far as the touch response, but the camera is pretty good and also has mms, video, a2dp, and flash. thank you in advance. :D

You can back up using kodak easy share or any other photo manager tool. It should come up and say photos detected when you plug it in to your pc (at least mine does) and you can then transfer to your photo studio and then back to your iPhone. hope this helps. 8)
