that your other fellow reps caused, because they are uneducated fools and now you have to deal with it because you were the only availible rep.
Ex: rep sells phone we all know is booboo, and low and behold the customer is back, pissed. Demanding and exchange and bafled at the restock fee.
eff you customer, and eff you fellow rep in the face for making me go through this.

What does it matter if that portion of the conversation was completely truthful or not? Whats ultimately important is what's actually affecting them which is the bottom line. Bottom line they have to pay $18 for an uprade fee, how they justify it in their mind does not matter, it is my job as a salesman to help them justify the bottom line.

you get it half off. So instead of the normal 36, you only have to pay 18.

best practices
So I figured this would be the best place to ask people,
"What are your best practices when pitching add-a-line's?"
My companies commission structure has recently changed back to new lines of service being where the money is at and I am a little rusty.
How do you add lines? and i guess.. put value on them instead of straight shenanigans and slamming lol.

who are they transfering to? i surprisingly have been getting a lot from verizon this month.. its a trip. not usaually how it goes, but our marketing has been substancially better lately so.. who knows

well the upgrade may only be 75 because you may have unknowingly upgraded with in the past couple years or you just havent had your mogul long enough. So the price was gonna suck any ways. but they should have still sold you the phone reguardless. Something tells me you went to a 3rd party because, the corprate stores could careless if you get a upgrade or buy it full price, they still get paid. thats just ...

Obviously to target other audiences. Like the 755p and the centro did. WebOS is going to be palms new standard OS and it will be on many of their phones to come in the future so of course it would show up in another phone. Don't act so foolish.
