So, you talk to the caller but every time you respond or ask a question you hear somebody in the background whispering a response or a question. this is then relayed to you by the person you are talking to.
a variant would be the middleman, you talk to the cust and she relays what you said to somebody in the background. that person then asks a question or responds to you w/c is then relayed again by the ...

i got a call today from some lady who asked me if i got her scheduled for trouble shooting for her cable.
i finally got her to understand she was calling a cell phone provider. she then got all pissy because i wouldnt 3 way her over to her cable company.

usually they get saved in an mc or phone folder called recieved items or they could be in the phones inbox. dont know if that helped. :D

Thats what i initially thought. our payments tool gives the option to run the card as a credit or if its a debit it would say star plus. apperently she meant something else. thanks for the reply though. :-)...

What a star card is? just got this call where this lady wants to pay with a star card. i asked her what logo the card has and she said star. then explained it like : "you know debit cards have logos, visa, master, amex, mine is a star". i just told her i cant accept that as a valid form of payment. she got all pissed off and hanged up. :D

I have this theory on being misrouted ( a very constant experience i get) possibly the dept i was reaching, upon getting my call automaticcaly transffered me to some random dept on their call list.

I got a custy w/ a confusion on what numbers and letters are.

M- No,sir. your 6-12 digit personal identity number.

This went for about 3 mins until we had it fugured out. cust acctually asked if i could help him change the pin to mellisa because its he's wives name.
but thats ok, that custy was cool, he paid $700+ off he's bill. he's just confused. ...

mogul is right, there is going to be a large scale conversion happening this week. sprint is rushing us reps to learn ubp, i think i heard somewhere that the target for our site would be that we would be all be using ubp by months end..
i was just taken off cdma yesterday, and they trained me for ubp last year. now i'm back to zero..
personnaly, i think ubp sux. it limits what we used to be ...

i think what seribus was getting at when he said learn to type is your over abuse of the caps lock key. a little subtlety in expounding your virtous wont hurt.
also, learn to construct sentences so whenever we read your post it does not give us a damned migrane. :wink:

Somewhere on this forum we've heard of the usual cust asking how much they're past due is and flipping out when you tell them they cant pay 20% of the past due still restore service.
well, this cust was kinda unique..
