yes, just ask the seller for the ESN so you can call customer service and ask if you could add it to your account. That way they aren't trying to sell you equipment that is tied to an account, ie suspension, terminated. Hope this helps!

All you have to do is put the phone on your account and add the windows mobile pkg for $24.95 a month, it is required when you have a smart phone on the account.

I bluetoothed a ringtone over to one for a customer and they ringtones store in a sounds file and not in a ringtones file and you CAN NOT apply them as a ringtone. So the answer is no you can't use bluetoothed ringtones. I even called Samsung Customer Support and they said you had to buy them thru Easyedge.

I have learned in the past when you take time to listen to the customers and go out of your way, they will notice and will come back to you and only you when it is time for renewal or when they want to add a line. Go and see a tech at a local corp store, they will fix it for you for free if it is under the 1 yr warranty. Or you could always super glue it back on! Hope this helps!

I don't know, that erks me too know end!! I had a customer cancel because his bill was like $500 and couldn't pay it and got shut off for non-payment, so he went to Centinneal(worst carrier ever!) and started new service. Blah! Do they not realize that they now owe the bill plus EFT's??? I guess not!! I just hoped they enjoyed paying activation fees and all kinds of bs at centinneal. HAHA!

I dont think you're getting ahold of the right person. You need to contact the AAE's secretary. I will email you her name. I never said she got the insurance thru AT&T, I said she got the insurance pkg thru Best Buy. Also, I was just repeating what had been told me me!
Anywho....I had AT&T for 3 years and every time something went wrong with my V3 razr they say oh make an insurance claim! I ended up making $150 in insurance claims. Talk about some warranty.

I've never heard of that, all though you could make a claim on it, get the phone back from insurance, sell it on ebay and use the profits to buy a used phone. Just make sure you have a back up phone to use in the meantime. Also don't let insurance in on your plan.

I purchased my ROKR back in September '07 when they first came out and I am having several issues with it. The phone randomly shuts off by itself. It won't send text msgs until I shut it off and sometimes that won't work, I will have to do a *228 update to get the texts to send. Also it will say unable to charge while plugged in. Just wondered if anyone else had any issues ...
