If on 3G, phone will ring. It will drop your hotspot connection for your PC while on the call, but automatically reconnect upon ending the call. 4G allows for simultaneous voice and data.

Here's what I found.
Universal search is the best way to access contacts. Scrolling through the list is a waste of time, they're only there so all your information is in one place. Any time you want to text, call, message, or view a contact- just start typing their name. I found this makes much more sense, and saves loads of time.

The system will prevent it. Even if you get a rep willing to try, the system will not allow it. You will have to change your plan...and certainly renew your contract...unless you pay full retail. 8O :D

Not true, I use this every day for customers. I've even used it on my employee acct. Works everytime. Though, it is inventory dependant.

Go to Sprint.com, click on "Find a Store" in the upper right hand corner. When the pop up window comes up you'll see a link at the bottom that says something about solving your repair needs from your home or office. Click on that, answer a few extra questions...and they'll send you a replacement. If you have TEP or equipment protection, there is no charge. Without it, I believe its $70 or $90, but hey, ...

There will be a $200 ETF. Sprint is in the works on their prorated ETF set up, but it is not in effect. The court case was lost, but will be tied up for at least 7 years in appeals, so no help there. Even if you port (to the reply by ac4321) they do NOT prorate your last month. Why did you leave?

Ok, here goes. No, you cannot activate an Instinct on a SERO plan. Not only can you NOT activate an Instinct on a SERO plan, but current SERO customers who want the Instinct must switch to the Simply Everything plan. Regular consumers can pick any of the Everything individual or shared plans. SERO customers will have to upgrade to Simply Everything. No, not even retention can add it for you.

I believe they have to assign an overage, even though it's unlimited. .15 a message over (lets say you had a 300 sms plan)- its just an overage code that's on all sms services.

I just know that a major conversion took place ending the 25th, and I'ved credited three ETFs since then. Something strange systematically happens causing an ETF. In any case, if it appears on the bill, clearly you haven't cancelled so just get it credited.

Ok, lets get some facts straight:
1. The $5 pic mail attachable options is NOT MMS! It is only the ability to upload your pictures to a web server to be managed by yourself from a computer.
2. Sprint offers the power pack family text for all power pack family plan users...$59.99 plan included.

The size is what I like about it. It's smaller than the bulkier treo and does everything the treo can (plus sudoku! lol). I'm 6'4'' (big hands) and text like a madman, and don't have any issues with the size of the keyboard or the phone in general.
