Sounds like a firmware issue which means guess what? It is an hour road trip for you to the closest Sprint service and repair center! You could also put yourself out of a phone for up to three weeks and send it to Samsung provided your M510 is still under the manufacturer's 1 year warranty.

You know what sickandfired? If it was legal, I would exclude women from being hired at where I work. No few months of missed work due to pregnancy nor a week a month of hormonial changes either. :)

Reconnect Fee Change Effective immediately, the reconnect fee charged to customers reactivating a cancelled account has increased from $20 to $25. The fee change applies to customers in both the Ensemble and P2K billing systems. Dear Teammates: I am really looking forward to talking with you this Friday, Feb. 15, at the all-employee webcast. But, I've made a decision that I want you to know about today. You have seen a number of changes in the past two months. Here is one more. For the past two-and-a-half years, we've had two headquarters cities -- our corporate headquarters in Reston, Va., and our operations headquarters in Overland Park, Kan. Having dual headquarters has hampered teamwork and the ...

BION, most wireless carriers view customers who average a MRC of $39.99 or less as undesirable/low profitability. I'll tell you where people the money really is. It isn't in overage or roaming charges. It is in D A T A. For the most part, data is pure profit for them and there are more and more data applications launching for handsets every day that either increase productivity, decrease down time as well as for pure fun.

Best way to avoid a counterfeit accessory is to buy it from a corporate retail store of a wireless carrier or from a big box retailer like Best Buy.

All you have to do to avoid illegal discimination is ask questions such as "Is there anything that may prevent you working standard scheduled shifts?".

Sprint may not take a dirt nap, but hopefully some wireless carrier wil not only acquire them, but terminate every single upper level executive of Sprint and only keep the staff who have had positive work performance reviews for the previous year.

Whoever stepped in with the sealant to your job should be commended for looking out for the company's best interests. I hate to say it, but if I was a customer care supervisor or department manager, I would be more selective in the hiring process to ensure the candidates hired did not have long term illness that potentially could impede performance.

I had one guy come in an tell me after he dropped his phone in his salt water aquarium, he immediately grabbed in out and rushed over to the sink to rinse it under fresh water because he thought that would neutralize the pH. Someone should have neutralized his parent so he and I never would have had that conversation.

DO NOT choose Sprint for your wireless services. If you are a Sprint customer, pay the ETF and bail ASAP. Sprint will more than likely be taking a dirt nap within the next 18 months. I assure you 125 store closures is just the first wave of many more and equally destructive actions General Hesse will be implimenting. at&t is the way to go people!

I work for corporate Sprint... Retail Store Employees: Store level logins have been de-commissioned on October 31, 2007 and will no longer allow access to s.n.c. All Retail store employees should use their own personal/individual logins for access to s.n.c, please use the “s.n.c Login Help (Retail/Business)” link below for additional information & instructions. Steer clear of Sprint as far as humanly possible! I would recommend at&t.

The 125 Sprint corporate retail store closures represent approximately 8% of their locations which I believe is around 1563 nationwide. How did you leave about the store's closing chainmail311? It doesn't matter if they know their Titanic is sinking.
