fkajosh1, Sorry if our website seems confusing. Have you gone to the faq section under help and read about how to download a ringtone? If not, try it. If you have, then go to our help section and click on the helpdesk and create a ticket so someone can contact you to help you through your problems. Thanks. Andy eRingers.com

Hey mon k, This is Andy (the website admin of eRingers.com). I wanted to thank you for the post and let you know that I have posted it to our forums as well for other users (link is directly on the main forums page). I included a poll to see if it helps other Verizon users out as well. Anyway, just wanted to let you know I appreciate the information! Thank you. Andy eRingers.com

At http://www.eringers.com you can select specific ringtone formats to download. One of them is wav files. So you can select the voice ringtones and select to download them in wav format. You then have the URL to the file in case you would rather download it to your computer instead of going to the WAP site with your phone. It's all free. Andy
