Yes, it is $4.99/ month OR 5mb whichever comes first. That's it, no other charges. All you have to do is click on VXL and scroll past all the xl stuff and go to "surf the web". Just bought one a month or so ago. Pictures can be transferred to your pc but you have to first send them to VM's my pix for .25c :x then send them to your pc or elsewhere. I like the red backlighting and the LOUD ringer. I hate the screensaver that they provide and don't try to download their pictures to use as a screensaver because it won't work as a screen saver but will work as a ...

I highly recommend it. Nobody else offers anything like it and you can participate and earn minutes for free by replying by text. I think there is a 5min/day allowance. 8) 8)

You may be right, depending on how and how much one uses their phone. Haven't checked out the competitors too much. VM suits my current needs but I don't know the future. One feature VM has that no one else does is the Sugar Mama program that lets you earn minutes by watching short commercials and/or doing surveys. Earned 7 min free airtime this weekend...not much, but it helps. 8)

New here. I think they need some new phones with more features like video capabilities and more bluetooth phones. The day is coming very soon that handheld phones will be banned while driving(Great Idea!) to protect the motoring public from disoriented drivers. My VM Cyclops is my 4th cell phone and I am pretty satisfied with it and the service. I haven't scoped out the competition too much, however. /;|
