i9 deleting text & no download apps
when the phn is power cycled all texts are deleted-i did a master reset,power cycle,sent another text,than power cycled again and text was gone.
also the download apps option is not there,so i am not able to access the internet.
i have had 3 i9's and 2 of them have had these problems.
is anyone else experiencing this??

The options are to have it beep once, every 2 minutes or every 15 minutes. Go to settings, sounds, alert sounds, voicemail, reminder.

Does anyone know if we get free incoming and outgoing calls to our friends and family numbers, or is it only outgoing?

I'd like to start a thread for everyone to post their favorite websites offering free ringtones and other content.
Personally I use phonezoo.com it's very convenient for Verizon users as it sends whatever contect you choose directly to your phone as a MMS message, there's no need for a data package to download anything to your phone.
Keypad backlight
Is there a way to "force" the keypad backlight to come on for this model? Like the V3M you could just cover up the sensor. I've tried covering up the sensor at the top of the keypad on my Razr 2 and the keypad still won't light up. I haven't had to use it in the dark yet and just want to know that it will work since I can't get it to come on. ...
Free roaming in Canada?
My dad is traveling for business in Canada a lot right now and is paying roaming charges through the nose. I've heard that Verizon has a Nationwide plus Canada plan, does anyone know if any other carrier offers something similar or is Verizon the only option right now?
In call keypad is non responsive
Does anyone know of a setting on this or any phone that would cause the keypad to be completely non responsive while you're on a call (i.e. can dial a phone number no problem but can't press 1 for english)?
