yes you can, if you have CDMA you call sprint ask them to Dummy your phone to a iden device, unint a IMEI and then call boost (with a boost phone in hand) and then request a migration. we do it all the time

i heard that they are closed on weekends now, but they might close it all down because save rate is one of the lowest in the company, but who knows

no call sprint 1st and they will add blocks to make sure that you wont have any overages if someone finds the phone and downloads like crazy!

you have 45 days from cancellation date to resume your service, you will be able to go back on to you original agreement as well, for ex if you were out of contract you can reopen with no new agreement.

well.... i get what you are saying but we in Temple were told to credit the etf if the customer ported out within the last 30 days and if he already was sent a bill for the last bill cycle..... this was from upper management, (call center director)

no i seen in more than 7 diff accounts. 2 linse line (a) is main line and user "lost" phone and line (b) is the second line... when the suspension code is on main line the account is not being charged this making line (b) on a plan that second line free, so the customer will not pay for the full plan but get the features for ex 1500 min unl text and ext depending on what pp i ...

what site are in? and sorry your wrong, you might want to ask your sup. this has been verified by sups, managers, my call center director and our fraud department. because the customer pays in advance we can not charge the customer and etf when he as paid for his last month, but the customer will not get any credit if he ports before his bill cycle

i sure hope they will, and i think that the whole dcs phones were not as good as they thought...... :? plus we had too many issues with the customers that traveled international.... i must have canceled line 30 customers bc of the hybrids.

put in kms ETF ADJUSTMENT- If a customer is canceling during the last month of the subscriber agreement being fulffilled, the customer is not responsible for the ETF. Customers are to pay for service in advance and this is why Sprint allows for cancellation without penalty. For example, if service is cancelled on 6/10 and the subscriber agreement end date is 6/20, the customer will not be responsible for the ETF. Transfer the call to Account Services for ...

wrong, a customer can port out with in the last 30 days of agreement end date and will not be charged etf.
