i dont know it was ever a secret that sprint would be going to LTE in the future. Really they only went with WiMax because it was the best technology that existed at the time and as a result they were able to launch 4G two years before any competitors.

many times, i have had the guy who is a submissive and wants the rep to tell him what to do. And he is called the crayon guy because he wants the rep to choose the color of crayon to use to write down his info. also i had a guy that went into a very detailed account of his "sister's" rape, it was really freaky.

i guess we can chalk this up to say that all departments perform incorrect transfers at some point and time. once again it is part of the job that we have to deal with. i dont expect perfection out of other agents.

that works both ways drea_lx, in care we get plenty of calls that sales mistransfers to us because they don't want to get them to the correct dept. its what happens so get over it and just do your job.

They didn't "take it away", the simply rolled it into the tiered payout. however upon doing much research on this, you have to be getting 260%/goal to even start making a difference in what was being paid out previously and what is being paid out now. for example, the per day rate for 250% is the same now as it was before-without the extra 46 or $7 a day for ir. you only get the full 140.00 ir bonus ...

So our center deals with all of this but we dont have a tv in our breakroom at all and above that the average pay per hour is about 10.00/hour so there really isn't any persuasion to stay here except for the poor job market.

i never have but i knew a guy that did it on daily basis, he was able to get away with doing this for months only because his mother worked for the company too and they didn't want her to quit. pathetic.

in our center the goal is 410 seconds set by our GM. tell me how to do it and i will! i've worked for nextel and sprint for over 7 years and still have trouble getting all this crap into the call.

i would like to know how your incentive pay works and the qualifications for it. i know they are making changes in the near future but i want to compare interal and vended.

i am an employee as well as a customer. my optimus only goes to 1x when i am roaming which is only when i go to rural areas of oregon, hope that helps.

so i certainly understand the problem however this is definately not a normal issue that we all run into with any of our companies. So how would you have handled it differently if the tables were turned? Customer service is easy when you have all the answers but not so much when there is no protocol in place to resolve.

we no longer recieve desk drops here because of our security policy which up until recently was majorly overlooked but when another call center is closed because of fraud....gotta live with it.

so i get a text from my supervisor this morning saying taht our call center is closed due to tsunami warning here on the west coast but still had to come back to work two hours later, even though warning is still in effect.

ok so with two lines heres how it works. you purchase two phones at the same time, at one year point, primary line is eligible for full upgrade and second line is eligible for 75.00 discount on upgrade both with two year agreements. At 22 month point on second line is eligible for full upgrade. now after the first line gets it upgrade you could change the ranking so the other line is primary and within 1-2 bill cycles ...

you would think high handle time would be good for us as well but no, 396 second is our goal and with this new next call prevention crap, no one is gonna be at goal. but since we are abc or pay per call agents here in my call center, the higher the handle time means the less that sprint pays us.

sorry for the confusion but the info can be easily misunderstood with the premier customer as it just states that its available after the 18th and within 14 days of 2 year upgrade date. so we all know that upgrade is not at 2 years but at 22 months so thats not accurate on more than one front and as i stated, easily misunderstood

i havent read my must read yet on that but is another way they make us take it in the @$$, plus this year my center is not giving christmas baskets or gift cards like they have in the past. its pathetic when my husband who works for 7-11 gets a 50.00 bonus from his employer.
