Docking cradle / pod that charges AND syncs???

Hi, Does anyone know if there is a docking station / cradle / pod / powerstation that can charge AND sync the 8330? The two main ones out there (powerstation and charging pod) only seem to charge the phone, but you have to put the USB cable in the side of the BB & connect to PC to sync. If anyone knows of a docking station that charges AND syncs by just putting the BB in the craddle, a link ...

Some Mp3s don't play (error M506)

Some of my MP3s don't play on the phone once they are transferred. I get an error M506. It probably depends on how they were encoded. Has anyone else seen this problem and do you have a work-around / fix? Thanks!
