This is a weird solution so I wanted to post it. I read this, put the write protect slider in the middle, and it solved my issue and I'm using the card, again. Some say that it won't stay in the middle. I guess their's were made correctly. Here's a valueable link:

I have a San Disc 4 GB Micro SD card that I have used in 4 different cell phones and PDA's.
After going through a HTC Touch and a Blackberry Curve 8330 in the first thirty days, I settled on a Palm Treo 800W even though it has its own "cons."
I noticed that my memory volume continued to grow on this card even though I was removing some music as well as adding some as I sync'd ...

I can't submit a second review and my first wasn't sufficiently critical. I spent some additional money on this phone for additional "accessaries" and I'm not happy!

I hate to sound like an idiot. When I'm on the main ("idle") screen, if I try to type in a word like "##PROGRAM8350," the screen shows that I am only typing in numbers...like 1,2,3,etc., or in this case, trying to type in PROGRAM simply shows a long list of 7's. What am I doing wrong?
How to?
I have a wave file of the three stoges, "Hello; Hello; Hello." and would like to make a ringtone out of it and put it on my phone (a Samsung Gleam...you know, the one with reception that sucks). Can this be done. I've looked for a data suite CD but, there aren't any available. Any suggestions?

I'm adding a commment to my one word answer, yesterday. When you add a contact in your address book, you have the option to assign a specific ringtone to that contact. I haven't actually used this but, I did see the option when entering someone in my address book.

I didn't count them before I deleted them, today, but there were a lot more than ten in there...I'd say 20 but, don't have an accurate count.
