w580i vs. w810i?

anyone experienced both phones? I have an 810i and i love this phone, except that the volume is too low. Does the 580 have better/louder volume (on the ear)? Would you change a 810 for a 580 or a v3xx - AT&T has offered to! Thank you very much for your thoughts.

Any way to increase speaker volume on the W810i?

The sound is vey low (even at maximum bars), making outdoor conversations a strugle. Any software/firmware upgrades out there than can help fix the problem? This phone is otherwise very good! The only option at&t offers is to change to a w580i. Is it louder? Thank you very much!
