:D Wow, I envy you guys!!! is the 5500 bigger than the 5400, if so by how much approx. Tell us about the features and if it is worth it?? I guess other people is going to have to buy it so they can be chirped!!

They do not have on display the on in Philadelphia, you had to ask for it by name, when I asked they said that because the Special release sale actually starts next week, and only the people who know about it ask for it. The sprint agent told me that the 5500 will be out next week and it will be slightly larger than the 5400 due to the camera and the ...

I dont know big poppa, I changed plans every year with new contracts and they never billed me a month in advance.

Plus in addition they stated that they made a mistake on my mothers bill in August and just found it in November. :x and billed her for that to and tried to say it was her fault..... luckily I got all her paperwork together and who she spoke with and on what date and in fact what ever they billed her she paid....but the dont want to admit to that...alll he said was sorry, we will try our best ...

My mother called the 3rd of October when she renewed her contract and receive so many minutes for 1 PENNY more..therefore, bringing her plan from 34.99 to 35.00. The Agent told her that her new plan would not start till 10.29.03. Upon calling yesterday the supervisor stated that when you change your contract they bill you a month in advance and that the agent who she spoke with on Oct. 3rd started her plan on the 14th??!! One time I recall someone posted the same thing, I thought it was big poppa and it was an answer that you can buy them out for a lower amount than the $150.00. Does anyone remember this post?? 8O

Yes, I am pretty sure, I called last tuesday night re: my contract at 2am the office was closed. I usually call late at night because of the long hold during the day/evening hours. Then when I called yesterday morning at 8a the prompt stated that offices are open from 9a-9p central standard time.

Query for Big Poppa or anyone who knows.............

My parents are decided that they want to change from Sprint.......Only problem is is that from Oct. 3rd mommy entered into another contract for a year.... Is there anyway she could get out of it by paying less than the $150.00 termination OR just get out of it period???!!! What are the options.....I know it supposed to hold firm but like anything there are ways around it... Tanx :?

Ok here is the scoop. Sprint supervisor stated that sprint is starting to bill one month in advance for if you change your plan, they stated that they been doing that since 2001 plus they said they incorrectly billed my mother wrong from AUGUST so that was added in. I told them that I have been a customer for 5 years...and that was a bunch of crap. The customer service agent would not even let me talk to the supervisor and took ...

of changes. :x More and more sprint is doing something everyday. Today they billed my mother $80.00 for a new service agreement (1 year contract). She is already a customer and she just let her old contract run out. Her new monthly bill would be 35.00. Well I told her to call sprint and find out why they billed her $80.00. BUT sprint PTT phone also has a speakerphone...and sanyo speakerphones are the bomb. :lol:

:evil: Messaging Alert Sprint will discontinue the View and Organize feature for One-Way Messaging and Short Mail from this website beginning on or after the 17th of November. These changes will not affect your Sprint Phone functionality. Short Mail messages are still accessible from your phone's web browser and any text messages/notifications stored on your phone will not be affected. This really makes me mad....how come they are discontinuing this and all other cell phone providers are continuing theres??? ...

:D Thanks Jessalyn... How do you like verizon services? also, big poppa the sprint stores up here are full fledge stores just no technician, again in Pennsylvania they have all technicians in one place.

Big Poppa, I am not sure where you are, statewise, but the sprint stores down here they do not have technicians in their stores. I am in Philly and I live near 3 sprint retail stores, but if I have a problem with my phone I have to go to the technician site. Also, they make you pay a fee if you walk in store to pay your bill. I pay mines online though. How did you ...

Oh yeah and if you want to change plans with verizon, they do not make you re-new your contract like sprint does. :roll:

Ok, I am a current Sprint customer.....and I just love the Sanyo phones they are so durable, however, I was thinking about switching companies. Verizon has more towers, technicians on site and bill pay. Techies on site is important to me cause with sprint I have to go 1 hour away if I have trouble with my phone, and less roaming for me but you cannot bring Sprint phones over to Verizon.
