Hmmmmm, new name.........how bout "cinguatt wireless". So what does this all mean? Higher Rates? Lower Rates? What does it mean for the equipment providers fro both Cingular and ATT. I know Nortel has a foot print in about 5 Cingular markets and 15 to 20 ATT markets are Nortel.

I just purchased a Sony T616. I tried to download ringtones yesterday, but they would go thru. I think its becuase my WAP isnt configured right. So I call Cingular Customer Service and they tell me I have to Purchase there internet service for 3.99 a month. just to download ringtones and wall paper. That doesnt sound right at all. I was able to download ringtones on my 6340i GAIT phone without internet service. WHats the deal here.?

so i went to three different cingular stores today and none of them would let me swap to a gsm rate plan and/or swap my nokia 6340i for a sonyericsson t616. they i need to be with cingular for 12 or months be for i can upgrade. i dont wont to go out a spend 300.00 on the t616. i would rather switch to the new rate plan and get the t616 phone at a discount. how can i ...
