Well I don't know about the sales department, but orders can be tracked. As far as the collections department helping on the bills, why should they have to explain the bill. Customer's have plenty of time to dispute the bill before they are interupted. Really all you want the collection agents to do is ask can you pay the full amount, can you pay the past due amount, how much can you pay?

Yeah he does. He turned AT&T around. You were stable in AT&T when he was there. I am hopeful for new change. The old guys were just make you crazy with some of the policy decisions. Now Hopefully the new changes will bring Sprint back around again. Sprint is here for the long haul. I would be surprised if its bought out. Thats all I can say, Wow. I am glad and hope there is a move of the main offices back to Kansas city. Still dreading my stockholder report from cvg. :cry: However, as the saying when in Logan. Well actually T-mobile customer care is not that great anymore. You are limited in what you can credit for on the accounts. There are alot of things Sprint reps can do that T-mobile reps can not. :twisted: In any business you are going to have people who will just complain to just complain. Issues were resolved, and they are still not happy. I have seen accounts where customer's have called in over 200 times in ...

At the old Logan call center for Sprint. The supervisors filled the call center directors office to the roof with all the empty computer boxes one night after the work stations were upgraded. :lol: Super glued an Ops manager's desk phone receiver to its cradle. :twisted: Shaving cream in a paper bag trick to another op manager. Man did that make a total mess in that office. :lol: :twisted:

You are up way past your bed time. These were customers who did NOT have a problem that was not addressed. These were people who were calling for no real reason and packing the ques. And yes Sprint used to charge a fee to the customer for calling all time. :twisted: I applied it many a time. Usually they were Asl accounts. And that is what most of the ones I had call ...

Ok if you hit alt+ctrl+delete you will feel much better! :lol: I wish that would put my idea as feature on the phones. If the customer is going absolutely insane, just press the special button and phone would dispense to the customer the emergency customer anti idiot pill. :evil:

Yeah it should be the standard. Mean nasty customers finally told where to get off the Merry go Round. However, it has opened some new cans of worms. Seems the media kinda twisted how and why the customer's were let go. A whole new breed of mean and twisted people came out of the woodwork. :lol: Frankly, I would have just routed their calls to a dead end que with really obnoxious music. :twisted:

I would never get Sprint mainly because I tried to get a mobile for my mother when she was having cancer treatments and I was told that I "sucked". So voicestream was more than happy to take me on as a customer, and stayed with Tmobile ever since. :D
