this is for gsmrich-obviously you sale gsm phones so your service sucks anyway..get off the phone with your sister/girlfriend/aunt and try to get a real job...more than likely you work for mobile solutions so you screw more people everyday than ron jeremy...and for bigshow...u just suck, like i said before selling trac fones at your dads flea market does not mean u work in the wireless industry, it just means that you have no future, or teeth for that ...

it is morethan likely just a screwup in the system because of all the porting...i had a similar problem where the customer cancelled from nextel 2 days after they got their service, but the number had bot ported yet and nextel charged them the etf...all i had to do was call in to retentions or cancellations and explain to them what happened and they credited it back to them

i just had a customer who came in my store and got upset with me because they have to keep putting money on their prepay phone and it is costing them somewhere around $150 a month...first thing i did was weigh their options for a postpay and show them how they could save about $65 monthly by switching to a contract...they said they had crappy credit and would have to put up a big deposit...i asked them if they ...

i bet if this were sprint/nextel customer service you were dealing with you wouldn't have time to write a forum because you would still be on the phone either on hold or getting transferred to india...i worked for nextel for a year and a half and went right through the middle of the merger, if anyone else worked for them at that time they will back me when i say that customer service was running the company in the ...

i hate it too...but honestly what i found out you have to do to stop the stupidity almost entirely is ask them what is your CELL phone number or what is the number you want to upgrade...then if they give you the wrong one, they are a complete idiot

you have to configure your phones browser to be compatible with different files...you need to also do a software upgrade...you can do it in rss software

sprint/nextel customer service is terrible...why can't they have certain numbers that you call to get help...if you do call customer service, you get transferred to 17 different before getting disconnected...i have never dealt with a worse customer care...terrible

when i worked in the mall a few years ago petey pablo was doing a show at a local club...if you ever see him in person you will notice that he is only about 5 foot and his hair starts in the middle of his head...i got in trouble for taking a pic of him on my phone...pretty funny...crime mob came in before they got big but they got mad and left because noone knew who they were...hahaha

cool, i didn't know that...they sound like a very shady company who will do anything to get a customer to keep their phone for the 15 day period and then they are on their own...you would think with all the problems someone would report them to a party higher up to get something done

I live in south alabama and the biggest carriers here are alltel, verizon, and i guess you could say sprint/nextel but mainly for businesses...i was wondering what some of the bigger carriers up north and out west are...i have heard of u.s. cellular but i'm not familiar with them...i have also heard of mobile solutions but from what i have heard on here about them, they are not someone i want to be familiar with...thanx

i used to work for sprint and now i work for alltel...the mogul had just come out when i was leaving sprint but i think the alltel version is the utstarcomm 6800...it has all the same features u just mentioned except that its black

i worked for a dealer (sprint/nextel) who accepted payments and we did not accept checks for that very reason...we used precash and actually charged the customer $5.00 to make a payment..stupid i know, but most $4.00 of it actually went to precash and we kept the other $1...it was kind of saying that if you need to make the payment bad enough then you will pay it, if not...pay it online or over the phone...you are always going to ...

it depends who you work for and not just the provider...you can work for an indirect dealer who is considered a large dealer and sometimes make more than you can at a corp store...i have been in the cell phone industry for 6 years...in that time i have wworked for 1 corp store and said i would never do it again...it seems like it is harder to get your money out of corp stores than it is out of ...
