Yep. Understand all that. I own several digital cameras. So I've got the basics pretty much down. The pitures/video from my Treo 650 came out pretty good. But I must say the Tilt has been a disappointment. I would expect more from a 3MP capable phone. And whats up with the video not having sound? I must be doing something wrong.

When I take video clips with this thing, there's no sound. and pictures come out blured or fuzzy. Is there a way to get sound? and how do I get the pictures to look better? Thought this was a 3.0MP.

Has anyone tried to export/import Palm content, contacts, etc. to their Tilt? Any suggestions?

So if I'm out of contract and want new phones, I can still do a one year contract and just pay a little more for the phone. Right?

I was just told that AT&T does not do less than a 2 year contract. Is that true?

Knew that too. Japan doesn't seem to have problems getting new phones and they are on their own system. Guessing what I know or don't know is presumptive on your part and irrelevant to my point. My point is simply that by the time Verizon gets the 6800, it's already obsolite! Hmmm

Only reason I wanted the 6800 is because I'm with Cingular right now and want to port. They"ve had the phone for some time. I didn't even know this fotum existed until I asked for the phone at Verizon.

I agree. I would rather get the Tilt. How long do you think it'll take Verizon to get it???

I've been waiting for the 6800 to be released so I can port over from AT&T. Now AT&T has come out with the Tilt! I haven't even got the 6800 and it's already outdated!

Was thinking of upgrading from my Palm 650 to a pocket PC/phone. I've heard the MW6 uses Outlook. Is it possible to import my Palm contacts/adress book to Outlook?

Pretty standard. Bluetooth phone, memory seats, moon roof, leather...didn't get the sport package or heated seats.

I have the 100k service plan on my 04 525. They have paid for everything from new brakes to windshield wipers. The new 5 series are real nice. They come with that new i drive system etc. Best car I've ever owned.

I see you have good taste in cars. I drive a 525. I need to get a smart phone to replace my treo. Don't want to invest the money if it's not going to work.

Can anyone suggest a fix? Our phones don work very well inside our house. (I have a Treo and my wife has a little LG) We live between two towers in a well populated suburb of Sacramento. Never had this problem with TMobile or Verizon, but for the last two years with Cingular I've had to use a land line while in the house. Thinking about porting back to Verizon.
