I am sorry that it does not work on your phone. Yes, I do have a Verizon Razr V3m. I just got it yesterday. The date on the box is 6/20/07.

Flip the phone open so you see the screen. There is a button on the left side of the screen. It is divided as two in one buttons. If you click, click, click, the volume will go up from All Sounds Off, to Alarm Only, Vibrate Only, Low, Med Low, Med, Med High, and High. As you click the buttons the icons change and go away. Verizon Wireless is now gone!
If you want to put your own banner on, then go as below and put what you want on the blue line and save.
#1 Personal
Put what you want on the Blue line and click ok. Now the phone says personal banner set with your words on the top.
