I really don't know what to say to your statement. I was hoping for more along the lines of "Woo Hoo! I get a free bluetooth or one time service credit of $50." Instead of just lashing out at a company that services 80 million customers or so ever think to ask why they have an etf still? Let's get rid of the etf and have the customer slowly pay us back for the phone. ...

been with them for 5 years... have had to call in a handful of times (keep in mind I pay my bill on time and everyone I talk to that has switched from sprint was always behind on the bill and was trying to bluff retention into giving them something for nothing) my issues have always gotten resolved. my only concern is that when ever i ask for something non bill related Im never convinced they know what's going on ...

I like the fact they got rid of that annoying trackball... don't like the fact that when I first saw it I thought about it being a palm model before RIM... i dunno am i alone on that definitely cool that sprint is bringing the smart phones and higher end devices

not killing it off... from what i've gathered sprint will be the high end data phones and nextel will carry the basic phones with ptt... "Qchat" never existed it simply was the sprint phones with nextel direct connect built in like the sanyo pro 700 or renegade

anyone else want to field this one? your model of phone does not dictate the coverage... your provider sets up the cell towers and the location of said towers dictates your coverage. go here: http://coverage.sprint.com/IMPACT.js p?language=EN type in your address and zipcode or what have you and i apologize in advance if it turns out sprint is not the best match for you if you are in coverage area (3g mind you not roaming or standard wireless service like I think your phone ...

there is no qchat what you need to look at are nextel direct connect phones on sprint network like the sanyo 700 and 200 pro series

here's the deal... They would work if they had a roaming agreement if your in a roaming area your covered for roaming Every minute in roaming with exception of night and weekend minutes counts as anytime minute for some reason it does not count mobile to mobile (even if it's nationwide all cell phone plan) It costs a ton of money to use roaming so sprint will let you know you are violating terms of agreement, which technically you are, it costs a ...

okay while I agree that a loss is a loss my god a million customer difference in 3 months? how could that be bad? let's assume it would take 2 boost customers to equal 1 post paid unl sprint plan 2 boost customers can change devices whenever 1 post paid has two wait at the minimum 12 months so 764k is really more like 380k ish so your still dropped your quarterly losses under a million an improvement that Dan promised ...

Unfortunately this is a problem with retaining customers. When a representative follows the rules as far as telling the customer the truth (seldom what a customer wants to hear) it doesn't matter how nice or how well you put it that customer 9 out of 10 times doesn't like it. If they broke the rules on procedure to satisfy the customer they get dinged on quality so my ultimate attitude I had to develop to survive mentally ...

actually he stated in 3rd quarter report to expect similar losses and we did from sept to dec. now we are in feb (2 months after) and forward looking statement says to expect that number to decrease did you actually read it or did you just see what you wanted?

I just want to make an observation to focus on the positive, several actually... 1.) Sprint is selling 5 phones for free 12 months ago (guessing) they had one maybe two. 2.) Customer service has improved across the board granted however they still need to get better. 3.) Sprint Priemere standards were lowered so more people could upgrade sooner (very cool) 4.) Boost mobile is advertising unlimited talk $50 very competitive to other pay as you go. Now I know that ...

Well the way I see it is I have 5 lines and drop about $140/month, I've only had one bad experience and it was cleared up. the problem in the past with poor customer experience has a lot do with misconception by customers, things such as texts cost money that's why we have a plan for value and other things like if you pay your bill every month your bill will be the same every month as well ...

i had a custy try and use that but it says on the contract that we have that right ... we have to keep the network running and there's a cost associated with that sorry but I'm not going to waive etf over this... I threatened legal action... ah the whiny liberal mentality of the future cricket user

if it's a sprint approved phone then it should come over and you pay the activation stuff and then you can start a plan w/o 2yr SA, certainly if someone does make you sign one you definitely have a good case to void their arguement.

have you contacted samsung? unfortunately w/sprint it takes a while for the average agent to figure out what to do when this happens... the rule is this 1) all phones have a factory warranty of 12 months covered by manufacturer (not sprint) 2) you have 30 days to sign up for total equipment insurance and if you don't (it's always offered at stores) then you are accepting liability of cost to replace the phone after the 1st 12 months for ...

going to start really trying to point out that wimax is going to make these 3g services look like dial up? potential upsides: churn lowers by almost a full percentage point for pda owners csat has increased by %20 over a full year they closed down 11 call centers (hope they were over seas) from my personal experience i have experienced far less complaints from the customer regarding issues across the board.
